One SAFE Place provides legal services, safety, and emotional support to intimate partners, children, and seniors affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Together, we will work toward a future where everyone in our community feels strong, healthy, and safe at home.

River Oak Center for Children helps children and youth who need support, coaching, and treatment to thrive at school, at home, and in the community. Through innovative and evidence-based programs, River Oak strengthens children, youth, and families to manage life's challenges and achieve their full potential.

Children reach school unable to learn because of emotional disturbance, dropout fall into drugs, gangs, crime, are lost of themselves and society. Early intervention works to help children break the cycle of violence and failure, and helps parents learn how to make safe, loving homes where their children can thrive.

WE HOUSE BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE TROUBLED, ABUSED, NEGLECTED OR COME FROM TROUBLED FAMILIES. WE PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE LIVING ARRANGEMENT FOR THESE CHILDREN WHO CANNOT LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES OR UNDER ANY OTHER FAMILY CARE. WE STRENGTHEN CHARACTER BY MODELING CHRIST-CENTERED VALUES. The mission of JPA is to improve the social and emotional well-being and functioning of vulnerable children so they can reach their fullest potential at home, in school, and in our communities. This is accomplished by providing therapeutic counseling services to at-risk children and families, conducting research, sharing knowledge, and providing expert consultation and guidance to others serving these children and families.

A bridge to knowledge, support and hope. San Pasqual Academy is a first-in-the-nation residential education campus designed specifically for foster teens. The academy is located in Escondido, CA and provides foster teens with a stable, caring home, a quality, individualized education, and the skills needed for independent living. The academy opened in October 2001 and currently has a capacity to serve 184 youth. The 238-acre campus features individual family-style homes, an on-site, accredited high school, a cafeteria, a technology and career information center, an auditorium, recreation fields, a gymnasium, a health and wellness center, a day rehabilitation clinic, and a swimming pool. The San Pasqual fire department is also on the campus and provides internship opportunities for the youth. Teens live and learn at the academy, as they prepare for college and/or a career path.

Rooms of Hope is a 501(c) non-profit organization serving 9 counties that make up the San Francisco Bay Area. Rooms of Hope gives back a little bit of control to sick children who often lose their say in daily activities, including going to school or having play dates because of their depressed immune systems and need for medical attention. Usually, they can no longer participate in sports or other extracurricular activities. Daily routines go from being “normal” to now being all about hospital visits or being at home while the rest of world moves forward without them. But we bring something wonderful to look forward to and give each child their voice. This gift goes on well beyond their amazing reveal of their dream space. While at home, this is their place of inspiration, healing and solace.
