Founded in 2016, the Hope4Ray Scholarship Foundation aspires to provide financial scholarships to senior high school young women pursuing a degree in mental health. To be eligible, the young women must have parents who served or are serving honorably in the United States Army Reserve.

The Foundation is dedicated to advocating for issues of North Carolina’s mental health and our citizens’ access to mental health care through providing public education about mental health issues, helping the public in need through our disaster response network, and helping the helpers continue to provide highly effective care for our citizens.
