To fulfill this mission, El Arca en Queretaro operates a group home and a day workshop for adults with intellectual disability.

Friends of Warm Hearth provides a holistic community-based group home that cares for the bodies, minds and souls of Armenian orphans with disabilities. The mission of the YWCA Evanston/North Shore is to empower women and eliminate racism.  We accomplish our mission by creating opportunities and providing resources needed for women and girls to reach their fullest potential; promoting violence-free homes, schools, families and communities; and fostering racial, gender and economic equity and justice.

We are organized to improve and enrich the lives of children living in orphanages and group homes in South Korea; to support these youth after they leave the institutions and start their own lives by providing post-high-school-graduation education, support services, and resources; to aid the institutions and staff that devote their resources to the upbringing of these youth and spread awareness and build compassion for these children.

The mission of DuPage County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is to recruit, train and support volunteer advocates to effectively speak to the best interests of children who have been abused, neglected, or have no one to care for them in the DuPage County court system. CASA’s vision is that every child deserves a safe, permanent, nurturing home.

The mission of Everyday Blessings, Inc. is to provide high quality foster care for sibling groups through a live-in caregiver model.  We partner with community agencies and the children's families to transition each child into a safe, stable and permanent home.  This work is done while treating each child with the love, dignity and respect that they deserve.

RIJ is an independent non-profit organization that funds projects for people displaced by conflict around the world. RIJ supports projects that provide opportunities for people to lead an independent normal life while staying near to home and their loved ones; projects that enable people to give back to the community and make valuable contributions to the local economy as well as rebuilding their own future.

Fulton County CASA is committed to providing trained, supervised volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children, one child at a time. CASA programs seek to find safe and permanent homes for young victims as quickly as possible while simultaneously ensuring that all of the child’s needs are met for healthy development. As a result, it has become an integral part of the child-welfare system.

Shanti Project exists to enhance the health, quality of life and well-being of people with terminal, life-threatening or disabling illnesses or conditions. Through a continuum of services, including in-home and onsite patient and care navigation, emotional and practical support and preserving the human-animal bond, Shanti strives to achieve the highest medical and quality of life outcomes for San Francisco’s most vulnerable.

Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos strives to break the cycle of child abuse and neglect for at-risk infants, children and their families by providing comprehensive residential and family support programs that transform people and communities. Kathy Foster founded Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos in 1982 when she learned of the death of a toddler due to abuse by his mother’s new boyfriend. Kathy was so moved that, with a meager $500 donation, she rented a home, received an Independent Family Foster Home License, and began providing emergency foster care for children in crisis. This began a lifelong dedication to ensuring that children at risk were kept safe from abuse and neglect, and Casa de Esperanza was formed. For forty years, Casa de Esperanza has provided safety for more than 6,500 abused, neglected and at-risk infants and young children in the greater Houston area. Casa de Esperanza focuses on children in the most vulnerable age group, newborn to six years old, who are most at-risk for abuse and neglect and who cannot speak for themselves. From the first house in Houston’s Third Ward, Casa de Esperanza has grown into a trauma-informed, holistic program with a gated neighborhood of 10 homes near the Texas Medical Center and numerous community foster families, providing a comprehensive continuum of care for children and families in need.

Child Advocates – Denver CASA advocates for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect by training diverse volunteers who create opportunities for children, youth and families to thrive. We envision a city where all children are thriving emotionally, mentally, and physically with lifelong connections to caring and responsible adults, a permanent home, and a safe and nurturing environment where they have a sense of belonging.
