Micah's Place is a Certified Domestic Violence Center and the only one serving Nassau County Florida. Our mission is to provide prevention and intervention services to victims of domestic violence; and to provide education within our community to effect change in behavior and attitudes relating to domestic violence. We offer a 24-hour helpline survivors can call or text, advocacy, individual counseling, help with basic needs, pro-bono legal assistance from on-staff attorney, financial literacy education and assistance, and support groups to victims of domestic violence. All of our services are provided without judgment and are free and confidential.

Our mission is to provide support and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and abuse within Central New Mexico and to serve as a community resource on issues regarding prevention and awareness of sexual violence. We recognize that sexual violence is a tool of oppression. We understand that sexual violence won't end until all forms or oppression end. We take action against sexual violence by challenging all forms of oppression and promoting social justice. We create a work culture that is supporting, caring, honest, safe, accessible, and which promotes trust and open communication. We promise self-renewal and healing for anyone affected by sexual assault.

CCI Health & Wellness Services is a group practice, empowering patients to partner with staff for an unparalleled healthcare experience. Through integrated teams in a learning environment, we deliver high quality, affordable, care to every patient during all stages of life. The CCI Adolescent Services provides teens and young adults (ages 12-35) in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area with affordable, timely and culturally-competent direct clinical care and educational outreach services. Our goal is to prevent teen and unplanned pregnancies, as well as sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV. Our Adolescent Health Service line of care tailors our clinical, education and outreach services to reflect the greatest community need and reduce barriers to ensure all teens and young adults are able to access preventive, comprehensive reproductive health services. Both in the community-education and clinical settings, CCI's focus is 100% on prevention in order to avoid more monetarily, medically, socially and emotionally costly intervention services. Direct Clinical Care- Quality Care: CCI serves as a reproductive medical home for patients ages 12-35 by providing a wide range of evidence based clinical services. Affordable: CCI works with every patient, regardless of income level or insurance status, to ensure they have access to reproductive healthcare. Comfortable: CCI provides a warm environment, where patients feel each staff member respects their individuality and is committed to their wellbeing and overall health outcomes. Accessible: Appointments are regularly available (including walk-ins) for all services; clinics are easily accessible by car, bus or metro; and all methods of contraception are available for purchase on site. Integrated Care: Medical staff, case managers and social workers collaborate to ensure continuity of care for each patient, including referrals and access to community resources. Education and Outreach -Outreach: CCI identifies members of the community at greatest risk and actively recruits them through community activities, educational presentations and partnerships with related organizations. Education: CCI provides in-clinic and community based educational interventions designed to increase knowledge, build skills and reduce risk to promote positive and responsible reproductive health behaviors.

The International Blue Cross is one of the world's leading non-governmental organisations, caring for people harmed by or at risk from alcohol or illicit drug use. Our project work in prevention, treatment & counselling and aftercare focuses primarily on young and vulnerable people, and on those in extreme poverty. Through carefully researched and targeted interventions we advocate for evidence-based alcohol policies at the national and international level. In doing so, we seek to draw positive and dignified attention to the issues faced by dependent people and their families. Our Mission: We provide healthcare development support and promote holistic well-being; We prevent and reduce the harmful use of alcohol and illicit drugs and help mitigate the associated negative health, social, and economic consequences; We advocate for evidence and best practice-based alcohol policy formulation and implementation on the national and international levels. Alcohol and illicit drug misuse afflicts innumerous individuals and families. It also costs societies around the world billions of dollars in health and socio-economic costs. This growing burden is worthy of everyone's attention. Polaris is leading a data-driven social justice movement to fight sex and labor trafficking at the massive scale of the problem – 25 million people worldwide deprived of the freedom to choose how they live and work. For more than a decade, Polaris has assisted thousands of victims and survivors through the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline, helped ensure countless traffickers were held accountable and built the largest known U.S. data set on actual trafficking experiences. With the guidance of survivors, we use that data to improve the way trafficking is identified, how victims and survivors are assisted, and how communities, businesses and governments can prevent human trafficking by transforming the underlying inequities and oppressions that make it possible.

PACER Center enhances the quality of life and expands opportunities for children and young adults with all disabilities and their families, so each person can reach their highest potential. PACER operates on the principle of parents helping parents, and its programs provide resources and information to help children with disabilities build skills and develop abilities that will help them succeed in school, work and life. PACER founded the National Bullying Prevention Center in 2006 to actively lead social change, so that bullying is no longer considered an accepted childhood rite of passage. Children with disabilities are two to three times more likely to be bullied than their nondisabled peers, and PACER's resources are available to all students, parents, and educators

Mercy in Action is a non-profit organization that focuses on the crisis in Maternal/Newborn/Child health care worldwide. We have been establishing and funding free birth centers for poor families in the Philippines since 1992, and to date more than 12,000 babies have been delivered free of charge for the poorest of the poor in Mercy In Action's Birth Centers, and literally tens of thousands of lives have been helped and healed in the medical outreaches. Mercy In Acton also teaches clinical internships, seminars and training retreats to prepare midwives, medics and nurses to meet the global shortage of skilled birth attendants, and to help primary health care workers prevent unnecessary child deaths.

The Anacortes Family Center's mission is to serve homeless women, children and families in crisis by providing shelter in addition to comprehensive transformational services to achieve long lasting personal success and self-sufficiency, and to prevent homelessness in our community through advocacy and by providing affordable housing options. AFC's unique approach has led to the distinction of being one of the most successful shelters in the state at helping clients achieve self-sufficiency. Last year AFC served the most vulnerable clients* and over 80% of our clients graduated successfully - finding a permanent place to call home and a job to support the household.*Measured with the objective tool used by all homeless programs called the “Vulnerability index”.

Goal AdvocAid's goal is to strengthen access to justice for girls, women and their children in conflict with the law, foster an increased ability for women to understand and claim rights and to empower them as active citizens. Objectives 1. Strengthen access to legal education; legal advice and legal representation for girls and women in conflict with the law 2. Provide targeted preventative legal education messages and training to groups of vulnerable girls and women in conflict with the law 3. Ensure that girls, women and children who are detained are able to reintegrate successfully into their communities after release through provision of skills training education and welfare support 4. Engage in strategic capacity building, advocacy and public awareness raising in relation to issues affecting girls, women and their children in conflict with the law

Participer de maniere forte a la prevention et au retrait des jeunes et des enfants de la rue afin de favoriser leur reinsertion sociale a travers la formation professionnelle et le financement des activites generatrices de revenus. Repondre de maniere transversale aux divers besoins psychologiques et sociaux des jeunes et enfants defavorises.

SafePlace works for societal change to prevent sexual and domestic violence while offering crisis intervention, education, and long-term advocacy services. SafePlace was formed in October 1981, by the merger of Rape Relief and the Women’s Shelter Services, two programs operated by the YWCA since 1973 and 1976, respectively. Since our inception, we have been both a dual domestic violence and sexual assault provider agency in Thurston County. We are a private non-profit organization. Our sexual assault program is one of the oldest in the nation. A board of directors, staff, and over 90 trained volunteers operate the agency. Our general purpose is to empower survivors to make decisions about their lives, by offering supportive services, resources and information.
