Snehalaya means 'Home of Love' and its just that for many marginalised women and children in Maharashtra, India, who have no one else to turn to. The goal is simple to combat poverty and exploitation of all people adversely affected by the commercial sex industry in India. To strive for the basic human rights of its clients through offering pathfinding and practical support methods. To continue to provide rescue, shelter and care for their vulnerable clients to find their way to a better empowered life. Snehalaya also is dedicated to giving support and operating without any religious or political agenda.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and the general community through programs that help to achieve the maximum possible level of functionality, independence and autonomy. Our objectives are: contribute to the promotion of health and prevention of disability, promote the development, the recovery and maintain the functional level, through Rehabilitation and re-aptation, contribute to the development of skills for school and work for the integration of people with disabilities and promote social participation of people with disabilities by raising awareness and eliminating barriers within the society. FONTEN is a project we have built together, it's a future we are passionate about. Sacrifices have been made by all of us in these past two years during the process of attaining Government Recognition as a Foundation. Programs have been suspended due to lack of financial resources and we have tightened our belts. This dedication and commitment to the Foundation's goals by a local, experienced staff is something that has enabled us to persevere and will contribute to the success of future endeavors.

To improve the living standards of people living in remote Himalayan communities, by providing immediate support and empowering them. Through integrated programmes in the areas of health, education and livelihoods, PHASE aims to support the most vulnerable (women, children, low castes, the very poor and people with disabilities) to break the cycle of poverty, by assisting communities and local authorities to lay the groundwork for a self-sufficient future.

MAMA's mission is to contribute to the defence and empowerment of the rights of the children, adolescents and teenagers who live on the streets and in vulnerability, by means of providing education and tools to create a dignified life. We offer local leaders capacity building, collaborative forums and the funding support they need to improve their communities. We support grassroots change makers in the United States and in developing countries in four impact areas - governance, education, healthcare and economic development.

Mission: Through funding and capacity development, Tewa supports women to organize, raise their voices collectively and transform discriminatory policies, systems, norms and practices. Theory of change: "When women struggling with poverty, marginalization and invisibility organize collectively, they amplify their voices, strengthen their leadership, and overcome injustice. Our role as Tewa is to support such groups of women by funding their initiatives, enhancing their capacities, and connecting them to other relevant groups and national initiatives and processes." We have outlined five strategic goals according to Tewa's vision and mission. Strategic Vision 1: Increase resource mobilization Goal 1: Strengthen Tewa to become a sustainable and autonomous feminist fund. Goal 2: Influence the agenda setting to significantly shift funding mechanisms towards women and ensure women's rights work is supported. Strategic Vision 2: Transformative grant making Goal 1: Support initiatives aimed at transforming the lives of women, especially the most vulnerable and marginalised, through strategic grant making. Goal 2: Assist to enhance decision making, participation and leadership to amplify women's voices and make their concerns visible. Goal 3: Strengthen movement building so that there is a critical mass of women who can participate, advocate, influence and engage politically Strategic Vision 3: Strengthen capacity of human resources within Tewa Goal 1: Strengthen leadership by enhancing staff skills and activism. Goal 2: Strengthen strategic communications and creativity. Strategic Vision 4: Increase knowledge for informing, persuading and influencing Goal 1: Be a source of knowledge and influence regarding how women in Nepal organize and strategise for social justice Goal 2: Maintain and renew our information technologies (IT) infrastructure while balancing technology needs with budgetary demands and our other priorities. Strategic Vision 5: Develop a strong Learning and Evaluation unit Goal 1: Develop, maintain and keep updated, a management information system for learning, monitoring and reporting.

Legal Voice, founded in 1978 as the Northwest Women's Law Center, pursues justice for all women and girls in the Northwest, through ground-breaking litigation, legislative advocacy, and legal rights education. We serve Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho and Alaska. We create social change through these legal tools: Litigation: We bring cases that change the law for women and their families in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. We also participate as amicus curiae (friend of the court) in cases affecting women throughout the nation. Legislative Advocacy: We draft, analyze, and advocate for bills affecting women and their families in Washington State, and provide assistance and model legislation to advocates around the region. Education: We empower people to make decisions and advocate for themselves and their families through our education materials and community forums.
