The international activities of AIFO focus on on two main areas - (1) Community health programmes with a special focus on leprosy (2) Community-based Inclusive Development (CBID) programmes open to all the different groups of persons with disabilities including persons with disabilities due to leprosy and persons with mental illness. AIFO is a founder member of International Federation of Anti-leprosy Associations (ILEP), International Consortium for Disability and Development (IDDC), Italian Disability and Development Network (RIDS) and Italian NGO federation Focsiv.

Plan International is a Foundation that has been working in Spain since 2010 on programs in Spain aimed at raising awareness and empowering Spanish girls and young women about their rights. The experimental primary school takes "green education" as the starting point, "implement double reduction, increase efficiency and improve quality" as the breakthrough point, "implement efficient teaching, promote curriculum reform" as the main direction, "the combination of school, family and society" as the main melody of moral education, and "sports, art, reading, science and technology four festivals" as the carrier, further stimulating the team spirit of unity and hard work. It has promoted the optimization of educational resources, formed a solid social school-running force, and improved the overall school-running level. The experimental primary school has gradually become a brand school with characteristics in school running, teaching and students' specialties.
