AHF was founded over 30 years ago to help people in the Himalaya who were in need and had no one else, and that principle still guides us every day. What we do is basic: we make change - positive, tangible change - happen. We build and support schools and students; train doctors and fund hospitals; care for children and elders; plant trees and restore sacred sites. We help Tibetans rebuild and sustain their culture both in exile and in Tibet.

To provide efficient service da'wah for Muslims and Non-Muslims in the Ozark area and promote awareness of the religion of Islam. Conduct interfaith invitations and dialogues. Conduct regular prayers, Islamic Education for Children and Adult, Funeral services and Cemetery facility.

Organizing outdoor events for Veterans can provide them with opportunities for camaraderie,support and engagement with nature. Outdoor activities have been shown to have numerousphysical, mental and emotional benefits, making them especially valuable for Veterans whomay be dealing with the challenges of transitioning to civilian life or coping with service-relatedissues.

We provide knowledge and inspiration, conservation and advocacy, and logistical support for the climbing community.
