The Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS) exists to train and disciple African surgeons to glorify God and to provide excellent, compassionate care to those most in need.

1. Encourage qualified patient participation in RCMS Project Access. 2. Foster physician participation in RCMS Project Access. 3. Coordinate RCMS Project Access endeavors with related organizations and programs and incorporate the program's activities into the community.
