United Way Perth-Huron improves lives and builds strong local communities by bringing change where it is needed most. In our work we lead in many ways - as a funder, partner, convener, advocate and researcher for more than 50 agencies, programs and projects. 1 in 3 Perth-Huron residents (that is 45,000 people) utilize at least one of the associated agencies, programs or projects making the United Way Perth-Huron important to all.

The mission of the Centre County United Way is to improve lives by prioritizing needs and mobilizing human and financial resources to positively impact the education, financial stability and physical and emotional health of our neighbors.

Pikes Peak United Way advances the common good by providing a safety net for basic needs. We work to prevent tomorrow's problems by addressing issues today. Our focus is on Youth Success and Family Stability.

Strong Girls United Women empowers women and girls in Sierra Leone.We work to fulfill the simple idea that all women and girls are valuable. All should live a life of their choosing, free from pain, physical threat, and fear.

Since 2004, United Way of Romania (UWRo) has been supporting social programs and initiatives that improve the lives of children, adults and the elderly in need. Our work focuses on the three directions that lay the foundation for a thriving community: access to quality education, good health services and a sufficient income to support a family. UWRo works as a community organizer, mobilizing an extensive network of community partners - NGOs, companies, public institutions, civil society leaders, donors and volunteers - to coordinate their efforts to produce a collective impact. Objectives of our work: To engage more companies and individuals in CSR, philanthropic and volunteering activities. To enable social services NGOs to offer higher quality services to our community members. To promote transparency and professionalism. To support government institutions and the civil society in their efforts to build prosperous communities. United Way Romania's activities are based on the "Live United" principle, founded on the certitude that, together, relevant actors and community members can contribute to a better life for everyone: quality education leads to a stable job, provides a decent income that can support a family and a good health.

The United Intentions Foundation provides tools, programs, and resources for individuals, business and schools to simply raise the understanding that our thoughts create our reality. The Vets To Vets United, Inc. mission is to: Provide as many veterans as possible in need of companionship, service and love with service, therapeutic or companion animals.Reduce the high numbers of animals unnecessarily euthanized in the local shelters, which are also in desperate need of love and companionship.Provide services and training at no cost to the veteran.Motivate our veterans by providing fun/educational activities and community service.

St Andrew's United Church is located at 5645 Morrison St. in Niagara Falls, right across from Oakes Park. Check us out on the web - www.welcometostandrews.net We support and sponsor a multitude of community groups including Narcotics and Gamblers anonymous, Healthy From the Start, the Early Year's Centre, Cubs, Scouts, Beavers, Speech Services Niagara, the Community Health Centre, Project SHARE and Out of the Cold. We have two drop-in Youth programs, a dynamic Sunday School program and hold worship services at 9:15 & 11:00 on Sundays (10:00 from June to September) and at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays (Sept. to June) Our Outreach team designates thousands of dollars to 25 local, national and international charities and we hold a weekly opportunity shop, carrying clothing and small household goods for those in need on Fridays from 10:00 to 12:30 from September to June.
