Nazareth Homes Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation established in 2018 for the purposes of receiving and administrating gifts to Nazareth Home and Nazareth Home-Clifton for their mission-driven service.Investing in Nazareth Homes Foundation provides support, equipment, capital improvements, innovative technology, programs and other enhancements for the direct benefit of Nazareth Home and Nazareth Home-Clifton residents, their families and the employees dedicated to the person-centered care.

Renascence Homes Association operates Family based Group Homes through contract with provincial and local Government services. RHA is a Christian organization and was founded on the belief that we can provide quality care and services for children in need.

Saint Luke’s Homes is located in the west end of the city of St. John's, the nursing home has 126 long term care beds, including one respite bed available to those residing in the community. It also has a Heritage Room and its own Chapel. Besides the nursing home, there are 54 independent-living cottages, and the Bishop John Meaden Manor Complex with 76 apartments. Saint Luke's is the only nursing home to offer an Adult Day Program and is committed to providing a continuum of care from independent living to nursing care.

To provide quality, affordable, Christian homes and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Finally Family Homes partners with youth aging out of foster care to help them achieve lasting success.

Elijah Family Homes, a faith-based organization, fosters hope, dignity, and self-sufficiency through stable housing and supportive services for families in recovery.

About Our Charity Shifra Home is a maternity residence and resource centre for young pregnant women. Located in Burlington, Ontario, Shifra Home provides a safe environment that assists the resident in making informed decisions about parenting or adoption. Our programs are designed to support, shelter, nurture and care for young mothers, fathers and their babies. Our doors are open to residents at any time during their pregnancy and up to three months after the birth of their baby.

Living Grace Home (LGH) is a foundation that ensures young and homeless mothers, between the ages of 14-24, do not have to sleep on the streets. The organization is recognized as an indispensable evidence-based program in Las Vegas, Nevada.

St Michael’s Homes provides two programs within its rehabilitative homes serving a total of 75 individuals in four residential settings, all located in the City of Toronto. Shining Light Homes has been birthed from a vision to empower young mothers who are experiencing difficult times to become successful mothers raising healthy, well-adjusted children on their own when there is little to no support from family or the father of the baby.
