A Precious Child assists children and families facing difficult life challenges such as abuse and neglect, crisis situations and poverty. We work with more than 400 agency partners throughout eight Denver Metro counties [Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson and Weld] to identify children and families in the most need of our services. Our core initiatives help build the whole child. In addition to meeting basic human needs through our Resource Center and Boutiques (satellite resource centers), we also help children and their families navigate community resources. This work is done through our COR (Child Outcomes Resource) Center where our Child Outcomes Advocates provide personalized case management to disadvantaged and displaced children and families, connecting them with needed resources, services, opportunities and educational support. It’s simple really. People loving people. It sounds so easy, yet with the distractions of everyday life, it often gets pushed aside. It’s little things… like a smile, a touch, a hug, an ear to listen or a gift that fills a need. All summed up, this is what God calls us to do – love Him and love others to glorify Him. In response, Love Your Neighbor was formed. Jesus transformed my heart and inspired me to reach out to the community using interior design. A mission based not only on God’s design for us to love each other, but also on the gift of design God gives artists. It is about connection, care and compassion instilled into wellness programs to serve the local community. Our main program is the House to Home Initiative which designs and fully furnishes homes for families transitioning out of difficult situations as an expression of our faith and to allow for a calm, inviting and comfortable environment free of stress and uncertainty.

Connect With A Wish works to connect the wishes and needs of children in local foster care with the generosity of our community. We provide the resources and support needed to give these children the opportunity to grow into positive and productive members of our community.

Health Connected equips young people with information, skills, and support to make thoughtful choices about their relationships and sexual health.

Connections for Kids is a fully licensed mental health agency serving children and families. We offer an array of comprehensive services with quality and compassion.

Providence Connections, Inc., a ministry sponsored by the Sisters of Divine Providence, strengthens families and enriches lives through comprehensive education and developmental opportunities for parents and children.

Adoptees Connect is a peer-led, adoptee-centric connect group for adult adoptees. This group is designed to be a safe space for adoptees to gather and share their experiences regarding their individual adoption journeys. We believe that being adopted can come with its own set of complexities that only another adoptee can truly understand. Through Adoptees Connect Groups, adult adoptees are able to empower one another through encouragement, community, as well as a concrete place to find their voices as they navigate their adoptee journeys together. Through our collective efforts, we strive to bring hope & healing to as many adoptees as possible by building lifelong connections between those who understand. Our goal is to let every adoptee know that they aren’t alone and the way they feel is very normal amidst a not-so- normal situation. Nothing is normal about being separated from your biological families at the beginning of life.

Connections For Children is the unrivaled child care expert in the Westside and South Bay communities of Los Angeles County. We guide families and child care professionals towards quality services and programs. Our goal is to make sure that all children receive early care and education that prepares them for success. With nearly 40 years of knowledge and experience, we have increased the quality of child care by influencing public policy, providing referral services for families, and offering professional development to early childhood educators. Connections For Children helps families find quality child care regardless of income. We believe that thriving, well cared for children benefit the entire community. Since its founding in 1974, Connections For Children has helped to foster nourishing child care environments. We work to ensure that all children will have the support to live up to their full potential. We advocate for quality early learning and provide community resources for families, teachers, and caregivers. The Vision of HOPE for the Homeless is that no individual or family has to experience homelessness in Northwest Louisiana.To bring that vision into reality, HOPE's mission is to guide and foster a comprehensive, coordinated homeless services system for those at risk of or experiencing homelessness grounded in rich collaboration and engaging the passion of the community.

To provide foster and adoptive children a stable, loving and nurturing family environment by support and advocacy for abused and neglected children and the families caring for them. We believe it is in the context of family that children learn, grow, thrive and heal. To promote the permanency children need, we offer a broad range of programs and services designed to help kids, youth, and families affected by the child welfare system.
