Jacob's Heart Children's Cancer Support Services exists to improve the quality of life for children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by supporting their families in the challenges they face. We provide family-centered care that addresses the emotional, practical, and financial struggles for families of children and teens during treatment, families experiencing anticipatory grief, and those who are bereaved.We envision a community where every child facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis has a strong, supported and informed family empowered to fully participate in their care. We strive to inspire compassionate action within local communities to create a safety net of support for the unique needs of each child and family.

Horizons for Homeless Children improves the lives of young homeless children in Massachusetts and helps their families to succeed by providing high quality early education, opportunities for play, and comprehensive family support services. To support our mission, we also advocate on behalf of young children, train educators and human services providers, and provide research on the impact of early education on homeless children.

Moms for Moms is a New York City-based nonprofit that supports single mothers in need through the distribution of Postpartum Recovery Kits and Newborn Baby Bundles.

With My Own Two Hands builds community‑led water and regenerative agriculture projects in East Africa to expand access to clean water and sustainable food while creating local economic opportunities.
