Caroline’s Promise connects North American Christian communities with churches in developing nations in an effort to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of orphans and vulnerable children.

Jana Marie Foundation harnesses the power of creative expression and dialogue to spark conversations, build connections, and promote mental wellness among young people and their communities.

Our mission is to support those affected by Joubert Syndrome and related disorders by providing C.A.R.E. - Connection, Awareness, Research, and Education.Every other year we host a conference where physicians and families affected by Joubert Syndrome come together to learn from and connect with each other. We also provide grants to families in need and help educate families, physicians and the general public about Joubert Syndrome.

Family Health Center of Worcester is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all residents in the Greater Worcester area, especially culturally diverse populations, by providing access to affordable, high quality, integrated, comprehensive, and respectful primary health care and social services, regardless of patients’ ability to pay.

Our mission is to assist, empower, and elevate the impoverished rural populations in Southern Erie County and the surrounding areas. We serve with compassion, empathy, and respect for all people. For children, our goal is to break the cycle of multi-generational poverty by providing counseling, play therapy, educational opportunities, and programs.
