The Arc Montgomery County connects people of all ages and abilities with their communities to build inclusive and fulfilling lives. We provide daily support services to nearly 1,100 children, youth, adults, and seniors, with and without disabilities, and their families.

Through photographic exhibits, the Heart Gallery of Tampa introduces our community to foster children awaiting adoptive families. We provide a platform to inspire our community to improve their quality of life and connect them with Forever Families.

Founded in 1947, Green Chimneys is a not-for-profit organization helping young people ages 3-21 maximize their full potential by providing residential, educational, clinical and recreational services that create and nurture connections to the community and the natural world.

The TaTa Sisterhood Foundation supports women diagnosed with triple‑negative breast cancer by providing emotional, practical, and financial assistance (care packages, connections, and short‑term aid) while also fundraising to support TNBC research.

Academic Model Providing Access to Healthcare (AMPATH) was created in 2001 in response to the HIV crisis in western Kenya. It is built on a partnership between Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital and the Moi University School of Medicine in Eldoret, Kenya, and a consortium of North American academic health centers, led by Indiana University. The partners joined forces to create one of Africa's largest, most comprehensive and effective HIV/AIDS management and control systems. AMPATH is a formal partner with the United States government through a $75 million grant from USAID and has continually expanded its successful HIV approach to into a more comprehensive primary health care system. With a tri-partite mission of care, education, and research, AMPATH provides healthcare services to a population of 3.5 million people in western Kenya and focuses on improving the health and wellbeing of the entire population-leaving no one behind.

American Friends of ELI supports the work of ELI, the Israel Association for Child Protection. ELI is the singular Israeli organization focusing specifically and solely on the prevention, protection and treatment of children who are abused or at risk of being abused. Since 1979 ELI has worked assiduously to increase awareness of the problem among the population at-large as well as governmental, educational, social and civic institutions.

Through immersive learning, real-world work experience, and a network of supportive professional mentors, ManifestWorks connects those impacted by foster care, homelessness and incarceration with job opportunities and provides the life and professional skills for long-term success.

We share the stories of our lives to educate and empower our community to be more compassionate, accepting, and inclusive of people with disabilities. Common Ground Society ensures that all families feel a sense of belonging through meaningful connections and local support.

Our mission is to ensure every kid fighting cancer has the support to Never Ever Give Up by CONNECTING with their family, bringing AWARENESS to their story, providing them helpful RESOURCES and sending them continuous doses of ENCOURAGEMENT throughout their journey.

We partner with public schools to strengthen the learning relationships between students, families, and teachers so every student succeeds. As of August 2015, CFY changed its name to PowerMyLearning and changed the name of its learning platform to PowerMyLearning Connect.

We connect the tinnitus community with tinnitus researchers, advocate and raise funds for biomedical tinnitus research, raise awareness about the impact tinnitus can have on quality of life, and educate patients and practitioners about tinnitus causes, treatments and research.
