NAC’s mission includes children with severe physical, emotional, and behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities. NAC’s services enable children to remain in or to be returned to their families whenever possible or to be adopted by loving families. Working primarily with children whose birth families live in poverty, NAC’s continuum of services ensures that children’s physical, social, educational, recreational, medical, and mental healthcare needs are met.

Joel’s Place for Children provides grief support for school-aged children and their families who have experienced the death of someone special in their lives.

Aging Services for Communities is a Minnesota non‑profit that provides in‑home supports (transportation, homemaking, and companion services) so older adults, people with disabilities, and families can remain independent in their own homes. The agency focuses on practical, community-based help (rides to medical appointments, homemaker assistance, socialization and companion care) across several southern Minnesota counties.

We are committed to building the strongest of families by providing emotional support and guidance through the entire adoption process, including post-adoption.

Wide Horizons For Children, Inc., was founded in 1974 and is dedicated to the physical and social welfare of children everywhere and to the belief that each child should be given the opportunity to have a loving home. In addition to finding homes for children through adoption, WHFC is committed to providing humanitarian aid to benefit children around the world, particularly those who are waiting for a family and those who may never be adopted. Similarly, we are committed to providing financial subsidies that will make it possible for more people to afford the cost of adoption.

New Hope for Kids provides specialized support to children and families grieving the death of a loved one,  grants wishes to children with terminal or life-threatening illnesses and provides special activities, camps and events for participating families in Central Florida.

Founded in 2003, Safe Families for Children (Safe Families) surrounds families in crisis with caring, compassionate community. We are a nonprofit, volunteer movement that provides hope and support to families in our local communities. Located in 70 cities across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and beyond, we are motivated by compassion to keep children safe and out of foster care.
