The mission of the Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation (HPCF) is to discover and address the unmet needs of individuals and families facing end-of-life issues through innovative and collaborative programs and services, and includes financial, educational, and grief support.

Their mission is simple. Al-Ayn Social Care Foundation stands for orphaned children and helps them realize their full potential. Their primary aim is to tend to the millions of orphaned children and thousands of displaced families resulting from war and acts of terrorism.

Sow A Seed Community Foundation provides youth, their families, and the community with education, tools and resources to overcome social and economic challenges, and lead positive, self sufficient lives. Our services include: prevention and intervention assistance, educational programs, leadership training, and community support.

Our mission is to elevate the quality of life through human enrichment experiences for families that have children with life-altering conditions. 25 years ago, Kidd and Carol Cradick had a seemingly-routine sonogram for a naturally-conceived, otherwise normal pregnancy. But for Carol, it wasn’t the outlined image of her unborn baby that worried her. It was the unnerving description from the OB/GYN. Before long, they understood the possible complications this child could face following her birth. Even somewhat positive readings from future sonograms couldn’t shake the fear that their daughter may never walk or leave a wheelchair. Fortunately, Caroline Cradick was born healthy. It was then that Kidd made a commitment to help families whose outcomes vastly differed from their own. As with the birth of their own miracle, Kidd’s Kids was born: a charity devoted to families touched by tragedy or disease, families who rarely saw a smile on their children’s faces, families who struggled with serious economic strangleholds due to the high cost of medical care and deserved a few days of happiness. 
 Initially, the program began as a bus ride to Sea World in San Antonio, Texas. During the charity’s infancy, the Cradick’s struggled with a lack of experience and funding. However, thanks to the volunteer efforts from medical professionals, nurses and physical therapists, as well as the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show listeners’ willingness to embrace and fund the trip, Kidd’s Kids started growing at an exponential rate. As Caroline grew healthy and matured, so did Kidd’s Kids. She would eventually go on to fulfill her destiny as the face and executive director of Kidd’s Kids. By this time, the charity had evolved to feature a full charter plane trip to Disney World. To this day, the charity remains a family affair - a family that includes all of the children, their loving care-takers and families, and the Kidd’s Kids staff working in tandem. Together, they create memories that most thought were impossible. For this, Kidd Kraddick and Kidd’s Kids, shall always be remembered.

The San Diego Brain Tumor Foundation serves the local community by providing funds to patients and their families who are coping with the daily stresses and difficulties of a brain tumor diagnosis. Through generous donations and our fundraising efforts, we can provide a variety of essential services to the brain tumor community.

The Caring Community Foundation (CCF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides financial support to cancer patients in need through assistance with rent, utilities, transportation, or other expenses that become difficult to manage during treatment. We support individuals receiving treatment in the triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill).

The PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome Foundation was founded to find treatments or therapies for PTEN Syndromes by funding research, providing PHTS education, supporting patients, and by raising awareness. PHTS includes Cowden syndrome (CS), Bannayan-Riley-Ruvalcaba syndrome (BRRS), PTEN-related Proteus syndrome (PS), and Proteus-like syndrome.

Our mission is to continue the legacy of Randal D. Simmons by spreading love, serving our community and reaching out to help others in need. Our hearts desire is to meet the needs of families and individuals who require help in one of the four categories: QUALITY OF LIFE, EDUCATION, HEALTH & FITNESS, WORLD OUTREACH

The Foundation raises private funds and provides targeted financial resources to support the Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office. It helps recruit, train and retain volunteers, funds emergency and normalcy needs for children served, and supports programs (like scholarships) that promote legal and community representation for abused, abandoned, and neglected children in Florida.

The mission of the DPA's Assist the Officer Foundation is to provide immediate financial assistance to First Responders who have been injured or face catastrophic events causing a financial hardship. The ATO also provides confidential counseling to our First Responder community in order to ensure their mental wellness as they serve our communities each and every day.

Foster Care to Success Founded in 1981, the Orphan Foundation of America (OFA)is the only national organization dedicated solely to helping older foster youth make a successful transition to adulthood. OFA's mission is to provide teens leaving foster care with scholarships, leadership development, mentoring support, and independent living skills that will enable them to become productive, self-reliant adults.

Providing sports and recreation programs for children and adults with physical disabilities to ensure opportunities equal to their able-bodied peers. We believe that every athlete should have the opportunity to play the sports they love. San Diego Adaptive Sports Foundation (dba Adaptive Sports and Recreation Association) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of community sponsors, businesses, and individuals to provide the best athletic programs for children and adults with physical disabilities.
