The organization seeks to improve the quality of life of women and their families living in the rural areas of Maharashtra & Karnataka. Our primary objective is to empower rural women and fight injustices based on gender, caste and class. Our programs are designed to improve our clients' quality of life by promoting education, health, property rights, leadership and technology.

Our mother-daughter intervention model helps keep girls in school & promote improved health outcomes.

Our mission is eradicate child labor by motivating children to remain in school, and we offer financial support to over 300 students and families.We have Built computer labs, dug water wells, repaired school facilities, provided essential learning supplies/resources.

This migration drains the energy of the villages while simultaneously putting additional strain on the resources of the cities.

Tia's mission is to bring access to lifesaving healthcare and preventative education in the poorest remote places where there are no doctors or medicine through Tia's self-sustaining, teach them to fish program.
