To foster cross-cultural understanding and empower Hispanics to overcome the challenges they face and find their voice in the community.

EERC mission is to facilitate communication and forge friendships between students from Romania and USA. We believe that exposure to other cultures is invaluable in shaping the younger generation views of the world and of their own potential in positive and enduring ways. We create opportunity for middle school students from Romania to experience American life by attending overnight camps or living with a local family while attending local day camps. This experience opens further opportunities for them to pursue when they return home. Equally important is to present these vibrant young people as ambassadors of the Romanian culture. In our experience, the Americans whose lives they touch find these interactions enriching and gain new insights about other cultures. These shared experiences produce benefits to both sides that extend long beyond the immediate experience, even to subsequent interactions that occur beyond our program. We select students who demonstrate the intellectual and emotional maturity to benefit from this unique opportunity. They are boys and girls from various areas of Romania who are fluent in English and who demonstrate strong academic and personal characteristics. With our help, this rising generation will be engaging in a world without borders. We bring the world closer to home.

Ending illiteracy in the Spanish speaking community to promote integration into the society.

HRI of North Texas provides legal and support services to refugees and immigrants who have suffered human rights abuses, advocates for justice and promotes international human rights.

Our mission (est. September 2007, inc. June 2008): we promote mutual understanding and acceptance among diverse groups serving as a resource to both local institutions and the community at large. We serve as catalysts for change through collaboration, education, training, dialogue, fellowship and advocacy. Services include: cultural literacy and cultural competence training, consulting & facilitation, youth leadership and multicultural education, parent education, civil rights & social justice forums & conferences, and advocacy of diverse groups.

We accompany immigrants in their transition from poverty and isolation to prosperity and participation.

Neighbors Abroad is the official Sister City organization of Palo Alto, California, promoting citizen diplomacy and international friendship. Our mission is to provide the people of Palo Alto and its sister cities an understanding of each other as individuals, as communities, and as countries — and to foster a better understanding of the world. Founded in 1963, Neighbors Abroad today manages year-round activities for Palo Alto and its six sister cities.

To empower indigenous youth to improve health conditions in their community

SIPA's mission is to enhance the quality of life of Pilipino Americans and other communities through youth development, health, economic, and social services. SIPA also develops affordable family housing and other projects that promote cultural identity, economic stability, self-sufficiency, and civic participation. SIPA's innovative programs and services are facilitated through community-based collaborative relationships.

Safe Passage Project’s mission is to ensure that every child in New York who is eligible for substantive immigration relief receives high quality legal representation. We believe no child should face the immigration process alone.

The mission of BlueSkies for Children is to practice and teach an optimal approach to the education and care of young children based on the interrelated disciplines of human development. Such an approach sustains and supports today's children and families and provides a model educational center for caregivers and the community.
