It provides culturally and linguistically appropriate services for older adults—including bilingual case management, a senior center with classes and culturally specific nutrition/home-delivered meals, transportation, caregiver support, and cultural/educational programs—helping seniors remain connected and independent in Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
