5 Loaves and 2 Fish Ministries is a Local Outreach Ministry that is here to spread the Word of God and feed into the local community. Once a month we provide food through our Food Pantry to help supplement the low income households in our area. We also offer other ministries and services including: Christmas Blessing, Diaper Bank, Small Groups and we look forward to adding more.

Their mission at CFLIV is to ensure that veterans with mobility or health limitations receive healthy meals and groceries delivered to their homes. Additionally, they strive to greatly reduce the carbon footprint in their community by performing food rescues. Lastly, they aim to be all-inclusive with their volunteer staff. Their staff includes members of all ages and abilities from their communities. They are proud to have several volunteer teams of adults with developmental disabilities that perform weekly tasks.

THE CONNECTED CHEF PROVIDES RELIEF FOR FAMILIES ACROSS QUEENS, NY THROUGH THE LIFELINE GROCERY INITIATIVE. THIS PROGRAM SERVES VULNERABLE AND UNDERSERVED FAMILIES IN QUEENS THAT ARE FOOD INSECURE. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, THE ORGANIZATION PACKAGES AND DISTRIBUTES NUTRIENT GROCERIES TO FAMILIESS ON A WEEKLY BASIS.

Bare Necessities Foundation, Inc is a non-profit, all volunteer organization that supports and empowers local families in need by providing them with the "bare necessities" such as food, furniture, and clothing in order to allow our families to focus their efforts and income on building better futures for themselves.

Giving Hearts was established in 2014 by co founders Denise Etienne Shackelford & Callie Clegg as an Emergency Food Resources to families in need. We are a small business based in Carrollton, GA- we service families in the Carroll County, GA area. Ou
