Health Care for the Homeless works to prevent and end homelessness for vulnerable individuals and families by providing quality, integrated health care and promoting access to affordable housing and sustainable incomes through direct service, advocacy and community engagement.

The Little Sisters of the Poor offer needy elderly persons total quality care in a loving, supportive Home where they are welcomed as family and cared for with dignity and respect until death. Grace at the Green Light provides daily outreach and basic necessities to New Orleans’ unhoused community—offering meals, bottled water, clothing, and case management—while also helping people reunite with supportive family or other safe placements. Their programs emphasize choice, dignity, and consistent, year‑round support to connect participants with services that can help them move off the streets.

The mission of the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless is to generate policies, community support and local resources for housing and services to end homelessness in Minnesota. They believe everyone deserves a safe, decent, affordable place to call home and that homelessness is preventable. Many factors may cause homelessness including a health crisis, a lost job, a mismatch between income and housing costs, family violence, or a transition from an institutional setting back into a community. The Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless exists to ensure the community supports are in place to prevent and address the root causes of homelessness. They achieve their mission and vision through advocacy, technical assistance, and building public awareness. The Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless is uniquely positioned as the hub of a statewide network of 150 homeless service providers and other concerned individuals and organizations across Minnesota. The Coalition has been the voice for people experiencing homelessness and for service providers in state and federal policy decision-making since 1984.

Sojourner's House on the Ridge is devoted to creating a stronger community by opening doors to self-sufficiency, dignity, and hope for our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness, or are at risk of losing their shelter.

The mission of Room in the Inn – Memphis is to share the love of God through hospitality by empowering faith communities to provide food, shelter, and fellowship for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

The Center for Women and Families provides trauma-informed advocacy and support for individuals, families and communities affected by intimate partner violence and sexual assault. We also offer assistance to family, friends, and partners close to survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. We mitigate the impact of trauma by building resiliency and reducing risk factors at all levels.
