Since 1985, Shelter Care has been addressing the needs of individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, many of who live with a serious mental illness. Shelter Care offers three programs to the community:Supportive Housing: 4 different housing types to address short and long-term goals for families to obtain stability.Jubilee Center: A drop-in day center for adults living with chronic mental illness. The Center staff offer support and advocacy to 50-70 members each day. Members socialize, eat meals, play pool, work on arts and crafts, and engage with their greater community at Jubilee.

U.S.VETS mission is to prevent and end veteran homelessness. We empower veterans and families through housing, comprehensive services and advocacy. U.S.VETS is the nation’s largest nonprofit provider of comprehensive services to homeless and at-risk veterans. After 32 years of operation, U.S.VETS has grown from a single facility to 40 residential and service centers in 18 locations across 7 states – Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, and Maryland – as well as Washington D.C and the U.S. Territory of Guam. We provide wraparound and preventive services that create pathways out of homelessness for veterans and their families. Our services include housing, case management, mental health support, workforce development, and more.

Hope on Haven Hill is a 501(c)3, charitable, nonprofit, 24 hour residential facility for pregnant women with substance use disorder and their newborns for up to a year postpartum. On site comprehensive group and individual addiction treatment services are provided in a safe, nurturing environment, taking into consideration the need for trauma informed, gender based treatment. Co-occurring mental health disorders are addressed as well with individual counseling. Childbirth education, nurturing parenting classes, mindfulness training along with yoga, art therapy and life skills coaching are integral parts of our phased programming. Hope on Haven Hill is located in Rochester, New Hampshire and services all of New Hampshire as well as bordering towns.
