The Central Connecticut Coast YMCA is a charitable, not-for-profit, community service organization dedicated to putting Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The Y strengthens the foundations of communities and families through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in twenty-four towns and cities in the Greater Bridgeport and New Haven areas. Additionally, programs and services are offered through YMCA Camp Hi-Rock located in Mount Washington, MA. Babies of Homelessness was established in 2016 as a 501(c)(3) to confront diaper need. We work tirelessly to fulfill our mission of improving health and well-being for parents and children by providing diapers, wipes and formula free of charge to King and Snohomish County families and agencies.

WFCM is the anchor health and human services nonprofit organization in western Fairfax County, VA that provides food and financial support to households at risk of hunger and homelessness in an nine zip code area, including Centreville, Chantilly, Clifton, Fairfax, Fairfax Station, Oak Hill and Herndon.

Our mission is to restore and empower women who have been affected by human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Our program will provide a safe, nurturing living environment in North County, San Diego that will facilitate spiritual, physical, mental and emotional healing along with an array of support services and educational opportunities for survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Fostering self-understanding through personal and spiritual growth; Providing life-skill building and maintenance education; Offering opportunities to work towards self-sufficiency in a therapeutic work environment.

Sidewalk Warriors – Troy is a 501(c)(3) organization that is 100% organized and supported by dedicated volunteers to help those struggling in the Troy area. Every Thursday at 35 State Street in Troy, whether it’s rain, snow or sunshine, Sidewalk Warriors – Troy serves an average of 120 children, families and adults struggling from food insecurity, homelessness and mental illness. Through generous donations and more than 25 local partnerships, we are able to assist anyone in need with delicious, homemade meals, essentials and hygiene items.

Jubilee Park & Community Center works alongside neighbors in Southeast Dallas to drive neighborhood revitalization and enrichment. It focuses on strengthening families and individuals through programs in education, health and wellness, housing/workforce support, food and emergency assistance, and safety to improve long-term community stability.

The Poverello Center operates an emergency shelter and food programs and provides outreach, case management, medical-respite, and veteran services to people experiencing homelessness or hunger in Missoula. In short, it offers meals, shelter, basic necessities, and supportive services to help people stabilize and move toward housing and health.

JAMAICA OUTREACH PROGRAM (J.O.P.) 'S mission is to help the poor in Jamaica. JOP provides love, respect, funds, goods and services for health care, education, and basic support, to improve the lives of the poor in Jamaica without regard to religious affiliation, personal history, gender, age or race.

At AMICR, our mission is to elevate educational standards and opportunities across the United States. We are dedicated to providing innovative educational resources, supporting public health, community learning initiatives, and empowering individuals through knowledge. We believe in the transformative power of education as a cornerstone for personal and community development.

Mission Statement: Helping Families...Changing LivesA New Leaf  has been Helping Families…Changing Lives for 51 years with over 35 programs including affordable housing, homeless and domestic violence shelters, behavioral health and community programs serving 32,424 clients and residents annually.

The mission of Humanitarian Action Network is to provide direct humanitarian aid to people who are experiencing homelessness in Sacramento, California. Humanitarian Action Network (HAN) differs from other organizations that support the homeless in that they meet people where they are on the streets. This is important because most of these people do not have the ability to travel either due to mental or physical handicap, lack of funds for public transportation, or for fear of leaving their belongings behind for the day.
