Brookline Improvement Coalition, Inc (BIC) was established in 1980 as a 501(c)(3) non- profit local housing development corporation for the purpose of furthering affordable housing opportunities in the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts. BIC has a long history of successful affordable housing projects and is continuing to create programmatic and development opportunities in Brookline. In 2014, BIC was certified by the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development (MACDC) as the Town of Brookline's Community Development Corporation (CDC).
