The National Alliance to End Homelessness is a nonpartisan organization committed to preventing and ending homelessness in the United States. The Alliance analyzes data and research so that policymakers, practitioners, and the public have the best information about trends in homelessness and emerging solutions. The Alliance also provides capacity-building assistance to help communities turn policy solutions and proven best practices into viable, on-the-ground programs.

Vets Advocacy is a privately funded, non-profit organization facilitating transformation of the VA West Los Angeles Medical Center into the nation's largest community for veterans.

Alexandria House is a transitional residence and house of hospitality providing safe and supportive housing for women and children in the process of moving from emergency shelter to permanent housing. Located in the densely populated and ethnically diverse mid-Wilshire area, Alexandria House also serves its broader neighborhood community by providing educational, cultural, and enrichment opportunities for residents and neighbors alike.

Rosie’s Place was founded in 1974 as the first women’s shelter in the United States. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment to help poor and homeless women maintain their dignity, seek opportunity and find security in their lives. Today, Rosie’s Place not only provides meals and shelter but also creates answers for 13,000 women a year through wide-ranging support, housing and education services. Rosie’s Place relies solely on the generous support of individuals, foundations and corporations and does not accept any city, state or federal funding.

SOME (So Others Might Eat) is an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation's capital. We meet the immediate daily needs of the people we serve with food, clothing and health care. We help break the cycle of homelessness by offering services, such as affordable housing, job training, addiction treatment, and counseling, to the poor the elderly and individuals with mental illness.

Unfortunately, many people don't have regular access to essential hygiene products or can't afford them, which can have a significant impact on their self-esteem and overall health. At CareBag Inc., we are committed to helping those who are struggling with hygiene insecurity. Our mission is to provide school-aged children and young adults in need with essential hygiene products to support their health, boost their confidence, and improve their hygiene education. We understand that it's challenging for some individuals to get the items they need to feel clean and healthy, which is why we have two mobile shower units and a mobile hygiene pantry to help meet their needs. Our vision for the future is that everyone living in the US has access to essential hygiene products to feel their best and live their lives to the fullest. Covenant House California (CHC) is a non-profit agency whose mission is to reach out to at-risk homeless youth living on the streets and offer them hope and opportunities to turn their lives around. We help abused or neglected youth who have nowhere else to go. A large number have been thrown out of their homes while others have aged out or left the foster care system with no family, no support, and no one to turn to. Since 1988, CHC has impacted the lives of more than 160,000 homeless youth out of our Los Angeles and Bay Area locations. More than 80% of our funding comes from private donations.
