Waking the Village's mission is to offer 18 months of housing and support so that Sacramento County's homeless, parenting or pregnant youth and their children can get busy living rather than surviving. Through Tubman House, young parents (18 to 21 years old) experience healthy living, intensive case management, parent coaching and educational support so that they leave prepared to be leaders in their own lives, and leaders in the lives of their children and communities. In exchange for housing, child care, and wrap around support, Tubman residents lead Youth Corps, growing as leaders as they govern Tubman and spearhead projects to build up their community.

One of Los Angeles County’s largest social services agencies, The People Concern was formed in 2016 in a merger of two trusted social service organizations based in Los Angeles County, OPCC and Lamp Community. Informed by more than fifty years of work in the community, The People Concern is a leading provider of, and advocate for, evidence-based solutions to the multi-faceted challenges inherent in homelessness and domestic violence. With compassion and profound respect for those we serve, we provide a fully integrated system of care – including outreach, interim housing, mental and medical health care, substance abuse services, domestic violence services, lifeskills & wellness programs, and permanent supportive housing – tailored to the unique needs of homeless individuals, survivors of domestic violence, challenged youth, and others who have nowhere else to turn. The People Concern’s model of integrated and comprehensive care empowers our participants to navigate the multi-faceted obstacles in their lives, become their best selves, and ultimately, connect with and contribute to their communities.

The Baltimore Station turns lives around. We are an innovative therapeutic residential and outpatient treatment program supporting veterans who are overcoming obstacles to regain self-sufficiency. The Lord’s Place is a non‑sectarian, Palm Beach County social‑impact agency that works to break the cycle of homelessness. It provides supportive and permanent housing, job training and placement (social‑enterprise programs), street outreach, reentry services, and clinical/care coordination to help people secure stable housing and employment.

The Sophia Way is a place of hope and change for women. We support them on their journey from homelessness to safe and stable living.

The Farmer’s House empowers youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing community-based programs that build job skills, independence, and social inclusion. They deliver vocational training and employment supports through hands-on social enterprises (markets, catering, gardens, etc.) and day/community integration services to help participants pursue meaningful, self-directed lives.

Our purpose is to provide or coordinate financial assistance and housing resources to our Nation’s Heroes such as Military personnel, Police/Peace Officers, Firefighter and First Responders who are in need. The Homes For Heroes Foundation, through its growing network of contractors and generous donors, will endeavor to provide assistance to those who serve our country and communities every day.

The mission of the Chance for Hope Foundation is to provide support services for children with cancer and their families, funding for pediatric cancer research and treatment, and educational resources to the general public regarding pediatric cancer.
