The mission of the Mary Ellen Strong Foundation (MESF) is to promote mental health in underserved communities. Increasing access to mental health treatment can transform individuals, families, and communities. MESF strives to increase the number of licensed mental health providers who are dedicated to meeting the needs of underserved communities through our innovative programming and by providing information and resources.

We promote the wellbeing of individuals and families by providing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support, making quality mental health services and enrichment programs accessible by teaching, sharing insight, and equipping individual in discovering and pursuing their purpose in excellence. We believe in making a difference and touching each life one at a time. Ark Counseling and wellness is a child, Individual and family advocacy, Counseling and wellness center. Ark supports child abuse victims, mental health issues with individual and families, marriage classes. Ark provides a neutral child and family friend environment, family support, mental health services and medical services.
