Heart of the Valley, founded in March 1987, is a non-profit community based 501 (c)(3) corporation, committed to facilitating and supporting independent living for seniors. Our volunteers act as friendly neighbors.

It is the mission of Meals on Wheels of Lewes & Rehoboth, Inc. to feed the homebound and to reduce the alternative of institutionalization.

The Meals on Wheels Foundation of Northern Illinois provides philanthropic support for the Community Nutrition Network, allowing it to provide meals and resources to older Americans and people with disabilities, assisting them in leading active healthy lives.

To nourish and enrich the lives of homebound individuals with nutritious meals and daily contact by caring volunteers.

The mission of Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula is to empower seniors, disabled adults, veterans, and other underserved populations to remain independent by nourishing their bodies, minds, and spirits to drive out hunger and isolation in our region.

Meals on Wheels of West Los Angeles is dedicated to the following: helping the disabled, aged and chronically or temporarily ill by providing nourshing food at a nominal cost during a period of need, assuring a friendly interest and a helping hand so that people can remain self-sufficient in their own homes, and receiving and collecting funds to be used for those purposes.

TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WITH HIGH-QUALITY NURSING, THERAPY, AND HOSPICE SERVICES IN THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCES AND AN INPATIENT HOSPICE HOUSING EIGHT-BED FACILITY.

Meals on Wheels of Eastern Onondaga County's mission is to provide nutritionally balanced and delicious tasting food to people unable to prepare or provide healthy meals for themselves; enabling healthy independence and facilitating aging at home. We serve the East Syracuse, Minoa, Kirkville, Bridgeport, Fayetteville, Manlius, Jamesville, DeWitt, Fabius, Pompey, LaFayette, and Tully communities within New York.

TO PREPARE AND DELIVER NUTRITIONALLY BALANCED MEALS TO HOMEBOUND CLIENTS UNABLE TO DO SO FOR THEMSELVES.

Palliative & Supportive Care of Nantucket Foundation is dedicated to increasing awareness and educating the community about palliative and supportive care issues as well as to funding all of the Palliative & Supportive Care Program's services and initiatives, all of which are provided to the community free-of-charge.

Consistent with Jewish values and traditions, the mission of Jewish Senior Services® is to assure seniors the health care, housing and geriatric services required to achieve the highest possible quality of life attainable for them. Jewish Senior Services proudly serves individuals of all faiths.
