(HEREINAFTER,"VNSHS"), A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS A CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH CARE AND HOSPICE AGENCY, DEDICATED TO PROVIDING INDIVIDUALS WITH HIGH QUALITY NURSING, THERAPY, AND HOSPICE SERVICES IN THEIR PLACES OF RESIDENCE AND WITHIN AN INPATIENT HOSPICE FACILITY.
