The DDD Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to offering accessible, comprehensive dental treatment to patients with developmental disabilities.

A Helping Hand assists older adults and individuals living with disabilities, providing them with the ability to maintain independence and age in place.

The Love Kitchen provides services to the "5-H's": the hungry, the homeless, the helpless, the hopeless, and the homebound. Each week, we provide free lunches, and deliver approximately 2100 meals per week to the elderly, disabled, and homebound, and provide free canned goods, produce, and other important food staples and supplies to anyone who is in need. The Love Kitchen is 100% funded through private donations. No government grants or funds are solicited nor accepted by the organization. We strive to help our recipients break the multi-generational dependence on government handouts. To accept them ourselves would be hypocritical and setting a bad example for those we are trying to help.

Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana innovates, collaborates and advocates to end hunger and malnutrition for our senior, disabled and chronically ill neighbors.

The mission of Edmarc Hospice for Children is to ease the trauma of a child's illness or death, and to reduce the disabling effects of pediatric illness, loss, and bereavement on families.

Our mission is to empower and advocate for those impacted by aging and disability. We offer information and supportive services that enhance health, well-being and independence.

Tucker's House partners with the families of children with disabilities by providing the home renovation and retrofitting services and resources necessary to make their homes safe and more accessible.

Ability360 offers and promotes programs designed to empower people with disabilities to take personal responsibility so they may achieve or continue independent lifestyles within the community.

The Virginia Home is a private, nonprofit 130-bed facility providing nursing, therapeutic and residential care to adult Virginians with irreversible physical disabilities. The Home exists to provide compassionate, professional care and to ensure that the lifelong comfort and security of these individuals will never be compromised, regardless of ability to pay. The staff develops and seeks to improve the physical, social and emotional lives of those living with a severe disabling condition, helping them to live active, meaningful lives.

Palliative & Supportive Care of Nantucket Foundation is dedicated to increasing awareness and educating the community about palliative and supportive care issues as well as to funding all of the Palliative & Supportive Care Program's services and initiatives, all of which are provided to the community free-of-charge.

The Meals on Wheels Foundation of Northern Illinois provides philanthropic support for the Community Nutrition Network, allowing it to provide meals and resources to older Americans and people with disabilities, assisting them in leading active healthy lives.
