We coordinate and deliver comprehensive, cost effective services including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and home health aide care. Provide Facilities And Services For Those Elderly And Disabled Who Need Long And Short Term Physical, Psychological And/Or Social Care, In A Manner Consistent With Jewish Values; Serve As One Of The Professional Resources To The Community Regarding Aging, Disabilities And Health, And The Development Of Effective Approaches To Care And Services To The Aging And Disabled; Provide Support Services For Family Members Of Elderly And Disabled Either On Our Waiting List And/Or Utilizing Any Service Provided By The William Breman Jewish Home And Related Entities.

The Bridge's purpose is to reduce adult long-term homelessness in Dallas and the surrounding region by developing, coordinating, and/or delivering the following services: outreach/intake, jail diversion/reentry, emergency shelter/transitional shelter, primary health care/behavioral health care, recreational/educational activities, employment/supported employment/disability income and affordable housing/supportive housing. The Bridge benefits the broader community with increasing public safety and improving public health.
