Cabarrus Meals on Wheels assists frail home bound elderly and disabled adults remain independent in their homes with the preparation and delivery of a hot, nutritious noon time meal. Volunteers deliver meals daily and provide a daily health check.

Lost Sheep Ministries was founded in Louisville in 2006, first handing out sandwiches and Bibles on the streets. As we expanded, we started using the parking lot at Cable Baptist Church on E. Wenzel Street. We currently rent a building at Sts Simon & Jude Church on Hazelwood Avenue to store and cook food. Right now, Lost Sheep is serving food and fellowship along with Bible teaching at 6:00 PM on Thursday evenings at Jeff St Baptist Community.

PAWS/LA is dedicated to preserving the human-animal bond. To that end, they assist low-income seniors and people disabled with life-threatening illnesses care for their companion animals by providing veterinary care, pet food and supplies, temporary foster homes, and volunteer services all at no charge.

Jessica And Friends Community provides residential homes, day-programs and home/community supports for adults with developmental disabilities (including autism), focusing on life-skills training, independence, and community inclusion. Their programs emphasize faith-based, person-centered supports across residential and community settings.

TO PROVIDE NUTRITIOUS, BALANCED MEALS TO THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO PREPARE THEIR OWN FOOD; SUCH AS THE HOMEBOUND, ELDERLY, HANDICAPPED, DISABLED, OR THOSE RECUPERATING FROM AN ILLNESS OR INJURY. THE MEALS ARE DELIVERED TO EACH HOME FIVE DAYS A WEEK YEAR-ROUND BY VOLUNTEERS. HUTCHINSON MEALS ON WHEELS PROVIDED A TOTAL OF 30,143 MEALS IN 2022.

Crouse Community Center, Inc Is A Residential Health Care Facility Whose Mission Is To Provide Long Term Health Care, Rehabilitation, And Adult Day Care Services To Area Residents Requiring 24 Hour Skilled Nursing Residential Health Care And Adult Day Health Care Services, For Adults, The Elderly And The Disabled.

THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO PROCURE AND INVEST FUNDS FOR THE FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE OF THIS CORPORATION AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE CLARION FOREST VNA,INC AND VNA EXTENDED CARE SERVICES, INC.

EMPOWERING VIBRANT GRACE FILLED LIVING ACROSS ALL GENERATIONS. PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO SENIORS INCLUDING BENEVOLENT CARE TO THOSE WHO HAVE EXHAUSTED THEIR FINANCIAL FUNDS.

THE NURSING HOME IS DEVOTED TO CARING FOR THE SICK AND DISABLED WITH COMPASSION IN THE TRADITION OF CATHOLIC HEALTH CARE. IT SEEKS TO DELIVER HIGH QUALITY CARE, TO TREAT ALL PATIENTS WITH DIGNITY, AND TO PROVIDE A CARING ENVIRONMENT FOR PATIENTS AT THE NURSING HOME. AS A PARTICIPATING MEMBER OF THE CATHOLIC HEALTH CARE SYSTEM, THE NURSING HOME IS ALSO COMMITTED TO FURTHERING THE SYSTEM'S ABILITY TO PROMOTE HIGH QUALITY CARE, TO ENHANCE ITS SERVICES, AND TO OPERATE EFFECTIVELY AS A HEALTH CARE SYSTEM.
