One Roof Chicago is an emerging initiative to build an LGBTQ+ centered intergenerational community for older adults and young people most in need of affirming housing, meaningful connection, and career development.

JCHE provides safe and affordable independent housing where older adults of all backgrounds can age in community. Our programs and services enable residents to live a full life of connection and purpose in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Mary Wade provides the highest quality medical and social programs and supervised residential services for seniors in need. We support a community of caring to promote individual abilities in our traditional, dignified, and comfortable campus as well as connecting with the broader community.

The organization provides hot meals and basic necessities to people experiencing hunger or housing instability on the North Shore of Long Island. It operates year‑round meal service (tuesday, thursday, friday) staffed by volunteers and connects guests with social‑service referrals and limited emergency assistance.

Meals on Wheels of Long Beach delivers freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced meals with a friendly visit to homebound seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities so they can remain safe and independent at home. The organization also connects clients to supportive services to reduce isolation and promote overall well‑being.

Meals on Wheels is a community-based service that provides fresh, nutritious meals delivered directly to the homes of seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout the Twin Cities. In addition to regularly providing healthy foods, caring volunteers provide social connection that helps meal recipients remain living independently in their own homes.

In Mecklenburg County, families living at or below the federal poverty line will likely remain in poverty their entire lives without intervention. Angels & Sparrows provides programs, connections, and resources so economically vulnerable families can experience a Fresh Start. We empower families to reach their potential by providing access to food security and educational opportunities that lead to a Fresh Start.

Meals on Wheels Durham delivers daily nutritious meals plus friendly wellness checks to homebound older adults and other community members in Durham County so they can remain healthy, independent, and connected. The organization also provides related supports (holiday gifts, pet food, discharge meal programs, etc.) to improve clients’ overall wellbeing.

Friendship Home provides overnight respite care, social-recreation programs and vocational/individual support services for people with developmental disabilities and their families on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Its programs (including an overnight “Home Away From Home,” the Bridges to Work vocational program, and Friendship Club social activities) aim to build life skills, community inclusion, independence and meaningful social connections.

Our mission is to meet the nutritional and other special needs of older adults and other eligible populations in order to help them maintain their independent lifestyles. Since 1969, Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island has worked to address the issues of food insecurity and social isolation that are risk factors for negative health outcomes among homebound older adults. Through nutritional and other programming, the organization works to empower seniors across the state to live healthier, safer and happier lives as they age with independence.As an independent nonprofit, every dollar donated to us goes directly toward helping Rhode Island residents.

The Loretto Foundation is the not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to provide financial support by the solicitation of funds and property from the general public, charitable foundations and all other appropriate sources to help sustain Loretto's role as an innovator in long-term care, responsive to the diverse needs of an aging population.
