MMOW is "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" to alleviate hunger, isolation, and loneliness in our communities, and to foster the independence, worth, and dignity of each individual we serve. Supporting independence for the elderly is at the heart of Metroport Meals On Wheels’ mission. For 40 years, MMOW has relieved isolation, supported independence, provided nutrition, enhanced personal safety, and provided nearly 1.75 million meals to seniors.
