Through nutritional and other programming, the organization works to empower seniors across the state to live healthier, safer and happier lives as they age with independence.As an independent nonprofit, every dollar donated to us goes directly toward helping Rhode Island residents.

IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, ASSURE THE SAFETY AND DIGNITY, AND FOSTER THE INDEPENDENCE OF THOSE WE SERVE THROUGH RESIDENTIAL, PERSONAL CARE, HEALTH AND OTHER QUALITY SERVICES, CONSISTENT WITH JEWISH VALUES AND TRADITIONS BY OPERATING A SKILLED NURSING HOME AND A SUB-ACUTE REHABILITATION CENTER FOR ELDERLY INFIRM AND DISABLED ADULTS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING. THE FACILITY IS LICENSED AS SUCH BY THE NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NEW YORK STATE PUBLIC HEALTH LAW.
