The American Yoga Association is a nonprofit PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. The specific purpose of AYA is: to promote academic Yoga Education in USA based on the Original Yoga System, to help people improve their physical & mental health and make progress in their spiritual evolution and furthermore to co-operate with and support other charities, non-profit corporations, funds, or foundations organized that are both domestic and abroad with similar purposes and International Yoga Federation.

To relieve need amongst the community providing leisure time activities and services to develop physical and mental capabilities growing individuals to full maturity and members of society with improved life conditions.

We want children and young people to become the best version of themselves. That is why we motivate them to get moving and chase their dreams. No matter how big the first step is. Being able to overcome, grow and develop is the essence of a good life for us. Day in, day out, we work on solutions and possibilities with future prospects and opportunities. Together we make a difference for others with our initiatives, programs and products. We ensure relevance and inclusion. The mentality of Bibian Mentel, multiple internationally awarded Paralympic top athlete, forms the foundation for our actions. Her physical and mental handling of cancer has empowered us to complete the movement we have started.

​Northstars Booster Club nurtures the abilities of individuals with mental and/or physical challenges through organized recreational and social activities, maintaining their honor and dignity at all times, and creating mentors and friendships throughout their participation.

The Maui Lani Cane Fire Foundation is dedicated to helping youth develop physical and mental skills that work on and off the court. Our programs help young athletes build a sense of teamwork, cooperation and community.

Segundo Barrio Futbol Club seeks to use soccer as a tool for social change by developing programs that foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of boys and girls in El Paso's Segundo Barrio neighborhood and beyond.
