WE EXIST AS A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE COTUIT MOSQUITO YACHT CLUB AND TO RENDER SUCH SERVICES OR FURNISH SUCH FACILITIES AS MAY BE SPECIFICALLY APPROVED BY THE VOTING MEMBERS OF THE YACHT CLUB.
The spectacular Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park, with its striking views of the Hudson River and Palisades, is one of the village’s greatest assets. This public park hosts a variety of community events and concerts. It is a haven for relaxation, picnics and contemplation. It is an inspiring environment for exercise, dog walking, active play and much more. The Friends of the Dobbs Ferry Waterfront Park Inc. is a private not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing this amazing community resource. The Friends provide support for the park over and above what the Village of Dobbs Ferry can provide. We work closely with village officials to realize this mission.

Friends of the Front Range Wildlife Refuges is a 501(c)(3) friends-group that raises funds, organizes volunteers, and runs community and education programs to support the Rocky Mountain Arsenal and Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuges. Their work focuses on habitat restoration, environmental education, public access and outreach to help people connect with and conserve local wildlife and refuge lands.

Our mission is to deliver a quality program that educates and prepares young girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. We strive to touch the lives of young girls throughout Montgomery County, Maryland regardless of their families' economic status.

Girls on the Run® positive youth development program which combines an interactive curriculum and running to inspire self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls. Lessons provide girls with the tools to make positive decisions and to avoid risky adolescent behaviors. We partner with local schools to reach 3rd through 8th grade girls with an interactive 8‐week program that develops qualities within them to become strong, content, healthy, confident young women.
