Founded by Maryland Police Officers Kevin and Todd Hill in 2013, Maryland Five-0 Cycling's mission is to honor the memory of fallen law enforcement professionals, support the families of those killed in the line of duty and to promote the long term health of law enforcement professionals through the sport of cycling.

The Decatur Parks Foundation raises and manages private financial support to enhance the Decatur Park District’s facilities, parks, and recreation programs. The Great Plains Trails Network advocates for and supports a connected system of multi‑use trails in Lincoln, Lancaster County, and across Nebraska. It works with public agencies and donors to plan, fund, develop, and promote trails for recreation, transportation, and community health while educating the public about trail use and value.

Miracle League's mission is to provide opportunities for all children to play baseball regardless of their ability. For over 10 years, the Miracle League Association has made it possible for children all over the country with physical and mental disabilities to achieve the same dream as their healthy peers - to play ball. The field is complete with a cushioned synthetic turf to help prevent injuries, wheelchair accessible dugouts, and a completely flat surface to eliminate any barriers to the wheelchair bound or visually impaired players. The Miracle League is a non-profit (501) c (3) organization.

World Educare Network (WENET) is Not-for-profit Non-governmental Organization engaged with the underlying communities in Eastern & Northern Uganda. MedCamps of Louisiana provides free, medically supervised residential and day-camp programs and related retreats that improve the health, social skills, and well‑being of children and people living with chronic illnesses or disabilities. Their programs aim to create inclusive recreational and educational camping experiences that build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

The Railroad Park Foundation operates and programs a 19‑acre downtown greenspace to connect neighborhoods, promote health and community activity, and stimulate cultural and economic vitality around the park. It maintains the park’s landscape and hosts free programs and community events to make the urban greenspace accessible and beneficial to Birmingham residents and visitors.

Provide a fun, safe and physically challenging camp experience for children with T1D. Give campers and their families the opportunity to meet and develop friendships with others affected by and living with diabetes. Educate campers to better understand and control their diabetes. Promote awareness of nutrition and exercise as an essential component of diabetes management. Promote independence and self-discipline in the child’s approach to life with diabetes. Educate health professionals, students and staff about children with a chronic condition and about Type 1 diabetes and its management. Provide opportunities for families to come together to improve their knowledge, understanding and diabetes-related skills within a community of health-care providers. Provide a wide-range of programs throughout Florida to help children and families regardless of their ability to pay.

Sustainable Surf protects and restores ocean health by shifting people to a highly desirable, low-carbon, ‘Deep Blue’ lifestyle A California-based non-profit founded in 2011, we use the mass appeal of “surf-culture” to inspire and activate people all around the world to start living a sustainable lifestyle. Sustainable Surf’s globally-recognized programs – The ECOBOARD Project, SeaTrees, Deep Blue Events, Waste to Waves and Deep Blue Life – provide the onramps that make that vision a reality. We use a “systems change” approach to protect ocean health – by catalyzing the radical transformation needed to switch industries to using ocean-friendly materials, ending plastic plastic pollution and restoring coastal ecosystems to reverse climate change.

Promote the care and preservation of the environment for educational purposes in maritime areas and coastal communities. We seek to create awareness and sustainability about the importance of the environment, its resources, biodiversity and culture. We unify our work in three interconnected branches: EXPLORE, RECORD, COMMUNICATE with the hope of generating a multiplier effect on the health of the planet.
