MISSION: The Harbour provides emergency housing and services to youth experiencing homelessness in order to promote safety, stability, and personal growth. The Harbour’s vision is to provide opportunities that guide and empower youth to their fullest potential through safe housing, critical emergency interventions, positive mentoring, and resource services. Stable housing in tandem with educational and vocational support, life skills training, and intensive financial literacy support, coupled with the mentoring and nurturing support of caring adults are hallmarks of each program. Unlike adults, most homeless youth have never lived on their own and typically lack the skills or financial resources to begin living independently and sustain a path to independence and housing stability.

Our organization is dedicated to providing every child with equal opportunities for holistic growth. We aim to nurture their basketball skills and, more importantly, their personal development. Beyond the court, our mission extends to equipping our youth with essential life skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for life beyond our program. Through basketball, we instill teamwork, discipline, and resilience. We empower our youth to thrive not only in sports and extracurricular activities but also in their communities and future endeavors. Our commitment lies in fostering a generation of well-rounded individuals who can positively impact society, even after they graduate from our program.
