OUR DAILY MISSION IS TO ELIMINATE FOOD INSECURITY. We feed people with food, fellowship, and love. We provide food from a community of efforts. Families take home vital groceries; shut-ins enjoy a respite from loneliness while receiving a hot meal; children and teens bring home food for the weekend – all part of a community-wide effort to eliminate food insecurities, address childhood nutrition and extend the hand of God to others. We are an ALL volunteer organization. In 2023 we prepared 19,376 hot meals and provided 120,435 pounds of food to our neighbors in need who live in western Ashe County, North Carolina.

Little Friends For Peace (LFFP) welcomes adults and youth to experience, learn and practice peace through our various peace education programs. We believe that all people can create homes, classrooms, teams and workplaces where everyone gives, everyone gains and everyone wins.

Our vision is to empower all children to develop the self-confidence they need to succeed. With your generosity, we fund youth empowerment programs that provide marginalized kids with a safe place to call home, a family that loves them, a feeling of community, and opportunities to learn, build self-esteem, and have fun.

WE HOUSE BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE TROUBLED, ABUSED, NEGLECTED OR COME FROM TROUBLED FAMILIES. WE PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE LIVING ARRANGEMENT FOR THESE CHILDREN WHO CANNOT LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES OR UNDER ANY OTHER FAMILY CARE. WE STRENGTHEN CHARACTER BY MODELING CHRIST-CENTERED VALUES. WE TRANSFORM HEARTS AND CHANGE LIVES WHILE MAINTAINING OUR CORE VALUES, WHICH ARE BIBLE-BASED, PEOPLE ORIENTED AND WITH AN OBEDIENT SPIRIT. WE HAVE BEEN SERVING CHILDREN AND FAMILIES FOR OVER 30 YEARS. OVER THE LAST 3 DECADES APPROXIMATLY 700 CHILDREN HAVE CALLED THE RANCH "HOME". Orphan kids Help Foundation;we provide resources to orphanages that enable children to sustain their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We also try to build awareness of the despair faced by orphan children around the world and the ways in which their needs can be addressed. Fostering development efforts that bring about self-sufficiency to individual homes and the children raised in them.We think of our work as a vehicle to create opportunities for children hoping for a better future. To combat post traumatic stress; bring healing to our military community (active duty, reserves and national guard, veterans, and their families) through pastoral counseling, and peer mentoring, both on an individual basis, and in group settings. Raise awareness of the increasing needs of the military community through public events, media outlets, social media, service organizations, and churches. Networking government agencies, service organizations, churches and private sector businesses into a united “corps of compassion”, to bring their combined resources together to meet the needs of the military community on a personal and individual/family level. Our brave men and women in uniform understand duty, honor, and sacrifice. Many have returned home with both the visible scars, and the unseen wounds of war. to give back to those who have given of themselves so selflessly PTSD Foundation of America is a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring to our combat veterans and their families with post traumatic stress. Many warriors are coming home with visible wounds; countless others are coming home with scars we cannot see, wounded souls from witnessing the horrors of war over and over again – PTSD. We feel it is our duty as Americans to help these mighty warriors and their families adjust and find their new normal. It is our turn to step up with other excellent existing community organizations and help those that have fought and sacrificed so much for us. We are faith-based in our approach and have a great history of providing hope and healing to those experiencing the unseen wounds of war. We offer a safe place where no one is judged, everyone is supported, and everything a warrior says or is revealed is confidential within the group. We would like the opportunity to train and/or help form groups within your community for warriors & their families to reach out to. Our teams consist of veterans, active and reserve service members as well as civilians that have a heart for the military and their families. We have active, reserve and/or veterans from every war up to world war ii that are coming to our groups. Warriors that we have worked with have learned how to heal and cope with ptsd to find their “new normal” and are now are reaching out to other warriors to let them know that there is hope in the darkness and they are not alone. please give us the opportunity to show you what we can do to provide hope for the warriors in darkness and the families who love and support them. to increase public awareness of post traumatic stress establishing relationships within the faith based community and secular organizations to facilitate support systems for our military community; locating and identifying churches currently ministering to, or are willing to consider beginning ministries to our military community workshops and counseling manuals are provided for both the warrior and their families. by assisting the spouses, children and other family members, we aid in the healing process of the individual with ptsd. Too often other treatment options fail to appropriately address the impact of ptsd on the family; training is available through regional workshops or through video. training should be undertaken by pastors, staff, counselors and lay-members who might interact in any counseling program; keeping the issue before the media and general public through regular press releases and email newsletters, as well as psa’s, websites and facebook

The mission of JPA is to improve the social and emotional well-being and functioning of vulnerable children so they can reach their fullest potential at home, in school, and in our communities. This is accomplished by providing therapeutic counseling services to at-risk children and families, conducting research, sharing knowledge, and providing expert consultation and guidance to others serving these children and families.

Boys and Girls Country provides long‑term residential care and supportive services to children from families in crisis, operating cottage homes with trained “teaching parents” and emphasizing education, life skills, and Christian values so children can become self‑sustaining adults. The organization also supports graduates through college/career programs.

Founded in 2010, The Philadelphia Project is a Christian non-profit organization committed to the holistic development of the neighboring community in partnership with the local church. We seek to accomplish our mission through the creation of a vibrant, engaging, and safe community center as well as providing service opportunities caring for the homes of the elderly, poor, single-parent and those plagued by hardships.

By addressing the fundamental issues of racism, hatred and prejudice of all forms, we are working to build a thriving, vibrant community for all who call Silicon Valley their home through the identification of needs and creation of opportunities to improve and enrich lives.

North Country Animal League works to promote compassionate, responsible relationships between people and animals by sheltering homeless pets, placing them in loving homes, and offering community programs such as humane education, spay/neuter clinics, and cruelty-prevention supports. They focus on adoption, outreach, and veterinary/wellness services to improve animal welfare locally.

The mission of the Captain Planet Foundation is to give the next generation of environmental stewards an active understanding and love for the natural world in which they live. Our unique program of funding and supporting hands-on environmental projects is designed to encourage innovative initiatives that inspire and empower children and youth around the world as they work individually and collectively creating environmental solutions in their homes, schools, and communities.
