Cops ‘n’ Kids Delaware Valley seeks to connect kids and community through literacy by collecting children’s books and distributing them to communities and schools in need; working with schools literacy programs; and participating in literacy events where children interact with police, firefighters, and community leaders.

The Reel Hope Project produces short, child-centered profile videos (“reels”) for children and teens in foster care to increase their visibility and chances of being adopted. They provide these videos free to referring agencies and work with social workers and communities to connect waiting youth with permanent families.

Golden Gate Audubon is dedicated to protecting Bay Area birds, other wildlife and their natural habitats. We conserve and restore wildlife habitat, connect people of all ages and backgrounds with the natural world, and educate and engage Bay Area residents in the protection of our shared, local environment.

West Hartford Community Television encourages citizen participation in community life by providing a forum for free speech, community dialogue and cultural exchange and artistic expression. We provide media tools and training to connect people with their government. We empower people to use media to build community.

The mission of Partners for Youth Opportunity (a merge of Partners for Youth and YO:Durham) is to partner with the community to provide Durham youth with opportunities to connect, develop, and contribute through mentoring, employment and educational support. We focus on 4 areas in our programming: Economic Stability, Mentoring, Educational Attainment and Community Engagement.

Vamos builds community by connecting Latine, migrant, multilingual, and newcomer youth and families in Whatcom and Skagit counties to the outdoors and to academic supports. They run free outdoor and academic programs (with transportation, meals, and equipment provided) to promote healthy habits, socio‑emotional learning, and equitable access to outdoor recreation.

Our state-of-the-art community center offers a safe haven with programs in the arts, sciences, leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellness for girls in middle and high school. Programs are offered at no cost to girls and their families.The Lower Eastside Girls Club breaks the cycle of poverty by training the next generation of ethical, entrepreneurial, and environmental leaders. Girls Club members overcome adversity, perceive opportunity, develop self-confidence, make ethical decisions and healthy life choices, thrive academically, embrace leadership, and have the ability to enter college or the workforce as fully prepared and connected adults

Thrive City is a community-based organization purposing to provide opportunity for all people to thrive together. The goal of Thrive City is to improve the likelihood of at-risk youth to be academically, socially, and personally successful so they are ready for life beyond the high school experience, surrounded by and connected to positive family and community support.
