Dalton Bacco Living The Dream Fund

The Dalton Bacco "Living the Dream Fund" strives to provide children in foster care (primarily youth living in a group home or RTF) a positive adult connection that will offer assistance in life skills and other emotional supports as they transition into adulthood. These youth do not have anyone, other than a caseworker, to guide them. Our organization also offers fun and exciting events that the child may not have gotten the chance to experience

Friends For Life

At Friends For Life, every animal matters. Founded in 2002, Friends For Life introduced the no-kill shelter model to Houston – saving animals regardless of their breed, age or condition. Houston-grown, we’re here to help our neighbors care for the pets they love. We’re not finished until every animal has a safe home. Until then, we’ll be innovating, improving and tracking results to find the most effective ways to save lives.

Ocean Partnership for Children is THE NJ Children's System of Care designated care management organization (CMO) in Ocean County, NJ. We help over 1,000 youth every day, keeping them at home, in school and in the community where they can thrive. We use an innovative and successful approach that focuses on the youth's strengths, instead of their struggles. Our wraparound approach means we wrap services (in-home counseling, behavioral support, and other supports) around that youth and family.
