The organization provides year‑round after‑school and youth development programs across the Los Angeles Harbor area to help young people—especially those who need support most—reach their full potential through academics, arts, athletics and leadership programming.

FRIENDS OF BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF TOLEDO IS ORGANIZED FOR FUNDRAISING. PROCEEDS FROM FUNDRAISERS GO TO BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF TOLEDO AND THE TOLEDO NEWSBOYS' ASSOCIATION. THESE ENTITIES ARE NOT-FOR-PROFIT AGENCIES COMMITTED TO ENABLING ALL YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO NEED US MOST, TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS PRODUCTIVE, CARING, AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS.

The Mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to realize their potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. The Clubs provide: a positive, safe place to go after school and during the summer; life-enhancing and character building programs; supportive relationships with caring, positive adults; hope and opportunity. Ultimately the Clubs provide kids with a sense of usefulness, a sense of belonging, a sense of competency, and a sense of influence.
