The Reel Hope Project produces short, child-centered profile videos (“reels”) for children and teens in foster care to increase their visibility and chances of being adopted. They provide these videos free to referring agencies and work with social workers and communities to connect waiting youth with permanent families.

Visions of the Minds is a youth mentoring organization serving children and teens (roughly ages 5–18) in the Atlanta-metro area. It focuses on educational and social advancement through mentoring, family-strengthening activities, enrichment programs, scholarship support and community service to help at-risk youth develop self-discipline, confidence, and community-mindedness.

To create a caring community where grieving families know they are not alone; to provide a safe place to grieve the death and celebrate the life of loved ones; to provide professionally facilitated support groups, individual counseling and special programs for grieving children, teens and adults; and to be the primary community resource for providing comprehensive grief support, advocacy and education.

Mission and Vision:  Chess in the Schools is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to improving academic performance and building self-esteem among inner-city public school children. Chess is a powerful teaching tool that can break through barriers to help the most disadvantaged students learn skills that translate into academic and lifelong success. Over the past two decades, we have seen how an effective chess education curriculum can change lives. But, learning chess is just the first stebut no one will dispute that the numbers are unsatisfactory. This appallingly low statistic is even lower for minority students and those who live in poverty. Many education experts agree that increasing the high school graduation rate starts with early intervention. Chess in the Schools believes that elementary school students need to develop basic analytical skills that lead to academic success throughout their school career. To develop these skills, Chess in the Schools teaches the complex game of chess to thousands of New York City public school children every year.

The Three Principles Global Community was established in 2009 in response to a wave of enthusiasm and appeals of people who have been profoundly affected by learning and sharing The Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. Through their understanding of how The Principles create their experience of life, these people have experienced amazing changes in their personal and professional lives. They have overcome addiction and illness. They have healed personal relationships. They have transformed their businesses and achieved unprecedented business results. Insight into these principles has helped parents strengthen their families, aided leaders in making their communities safer, and enabled athletes to achieve peak performance beyond what they had ever achieved before. Over the last 40 years, thousands of people have improved their lives immeasurably just by learning these principles.

To help youth in foster care to heal and grow from trauma & rejection through the power of storytelling and filmmaking; changing the trajectory of these youth, from adversity to achievement. KITS’ Screenwriting and Filmmaking Program delivers comprehensive and therapeutic arts education/training, which has assisted our youth in mitigating their pain and finding their power; as well as securing entry level jobs, internships and post-secondary school admission. Each year culminates in an annual KITS Awards – our version of the "Academy Awards".

The Organizations Mission Is To Conduct Educational Seminars For The Public In The Area Of Bullying.

To use our collective experiences to offer peer support. coping skills, and education to parents and siblings of those who suffer from the disease of addiction, and to parents who have recently lost a child to addiction.

The mission of Beyond the Baby Blues is to provide support to women experiencing perinatal depression and/or anxiety in the context of a therapeutic group that includes their babies. We also provide support and education to the public and other professionals regarding issues that face families experiencing postpartum depression.

Engage the Vision is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that seeks to encourage and empower our youth through mentoring.

The mission of The FORGE is to enrich the spiritual, educational, vocational and leadership development of inner-city families through Christ-centered mentoring thereby bringing transformational growth to Houston?s Third Ward. Our target population is on the low end of every economic scale and routinely falls through the cracks of most empowerment/rehabilitative organizations.

Reach the World makes the benefits of travel accessible K-12 classrooms, inspiring students to become curious, confident and compassionate global citizens. Enabled by our virtual exchange platform, classrooms and volunteer travelers explore the world together.
