The Escondido Education COMPACT is committed to developing and implementing community-wide programs to support education for youth. Its purpose is to expand the education and career opportunities for students and assist them in becoming contributing citizens in our community. Escondido Education COMPACT is a unique and nontraditional (nonprofit public benefit) organization designed to provide support and services for at-risk youth in North San Diego County. COMPACT has been a youth workforce development specialist for over 25 years - providing youth (14-24) with work readiness training and linkages to employment. We work with local businesses and industry to provide enriching educational and career exploration for all students who access our programs.
