1. The purpose of the foundation is: a. building, having built and making available water and sanitation through to develop and build -- "service blocks"; b. processing, guiding and exploiting faeces and organic waste in an ecologically responsible manner; c. developing, stimulating, implementing, operating and managing of technological solutions, as well as technological innovations, in the field of water, sanitation and recycling; D. acquiring and disposing of participations or other interests in legal entities, companies and enterprises, collaborating with them and managing them for the purpose described above; E. acquiring, exploiting and alienating intellectual and/or industrial property rights, including know-how, whether patented or not, as well as acquiring, managing, - exploiting, encumbering and alienating immovable and movable goods; f. lending or causing the provision of funds, as well as the borrow or having fundswithdrawn on loan; g. raising funds for the purpose described above; h. to perform all that is related to the foregoing or may be conducive to this. 2. The foundation serves the public interest. 3. The foundation is not for profit.

To collaboratively support and empower the less privileged in deprived rural communities through tailored youth capacity-building training and the provision of clean and safe drinking water, using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) technique.

Saide is an education support organization founded on social justice and open learning principles with the vision of a society where all people value, have access to and succeed in lifelong education and training. Saide's mission is to partner with public and private institutions, governments, civil society, funders and other education stakeholders in Africa and beyond; to Support diverse modes of provision in a constantly changing and technology-driven world including in-person, distance, remote, hybrid, and blended approaches; From early childhood, primary and secondary school, to post-secondary education and training. At Saide, we believe that to be truly transformative and become a foundation for lifelong success, education must be guided by the following principles. Openness: We advocate for open education including sharing knowledge freely, breaking down barriers to educational resources, and encouraging lifelong, self-directed learning. Social justice: We champion fair access to education, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their gender, race, culture or socio-economic background, has equal opportunities to learn and succeed. Diversity and Inclusion: Transformative education embraces diverse voices and perspectives, fosters a learning environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to participate. Learner-centred approaches: We champion learner-centred approaches that tailor education to the needs, interests, and strengths of students, allowing them more agency in their learning journeys. Focus on future skills: Education must equip learners with the skills necessary for today and the future, such as critical thinking, digital literacy, collaboration, creativity, and emotional intelligence. Global and local relevance: Education must evolve and be adaptable to address global challenges while remaining culturally relevant and responsive to local needs.

KNE Sustainability Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting global sustainable thinking and action. Our goal is to accelerate the dissemination of sustainability knowledge through modern media and e-learning. We are funded through partnerships, grants, and collaborations with organizations committed to sustainability and regeneration. Our key initiatives include the Global Goals Compass, a tool that provides guidance on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and ReGen.rocks, an interactive social learning platform designed to educate young people on sustainability, connect them in a social network and match them with regenerative projects. Additionally, we connect researchers in the field of sustainable development, create innovative e-learning programs, and support companies and organizations in effectively implementing sustainability and regeneration strategies. Using sport and transformative education, Girl Power champions the empowerment of women and girls from all cultures and backgrounds, with the main focus on refugee and marginalised women and girls. To create inclusive spaces where football is more than a game-it's a tool for building sisterhood community, raising awareness of social justice issues, and promoting physical and mental well-being.

Forsports Foundation harnesses the power of sports, especially football to equip youth with life skills, education and economic opportunities. Through targeted training, mentorship and global partnerships, we build pathways out of poverty, aligning every pass, match and programme with the UN Sustainable Development Goals for measurable, lasting impact.

The mission of Testimony Genesis Foundation is to serve vulnerable and underserved communities in Ghana and beyond by providing critical support in healthcare, education, and humanitarian aid. We are dedicated to improving access to medical equipment, health services, and educational resources, ensuring that individuals and families can thrive in safe and sustainable environments. Our work emphasizes empowerment, hope, and faith-based initiatives, fostering community development that addresses immediate needs while promoting long-term growth. Unplastify's mission is to minimize the use of single-use plastics around the world to combat plastic pollution and regenerate the oceans. Through education, innovation, and collaboration with organizations and communities, we drive systemic change towards a world where plastic is used responsibly and sustainably.
