The International Youth Foundation® (IYF®) stands by, for, and with young people. Founded in 1990 through a generous grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, IYF is a global nonprofit with programs directly benefiting 7.7 million young people and operations spanning 100 countries so far. Our mission is to champion innovation and act as a catalyst, empowering individuals and local communities to preserve and protect the world's wildlife and wild places for future generations. WasteAid's vision is a world where waste causes no harm, and people in poverty are empowered to recover its value. To achieve this vision, WasteAid promotes and shares locally appropriate, evidence based and inclusive waste management practices, supporting and empowering others to take positive action. Our work improves the livelihoods of some of the poorest and most marginalised, supports grassroots entrepreneurs and promotes circular economy innovation to reduce waste, contributing to a cleaner and healthier future for people and planet.
