Israel Friends of Technion mission is to make sure that every capable young person, regardless of social, financial, educational or ethnic background, is given the opportunity to study at the Technion. Through its fund-raising efforts, ITS helps needy graduate students to finance their studies, providing support for post-graduates education and the acquisition of higher degrees, which would pave the way for their becoming part of the Technion's academic or research staff. Through these efforts the ITS contributes to the creation of a significant group of talented researchers in Israel.

We are a South African registered charity dedicated to encouraging disadvantaged individuals and communities to develop to their full potential in sport, education and health. Serving as the country's largest food bank and food rescue network, Leket Israel's\nprimary mission is to alleviate the problem of nutritional insecurity through the\nrescue and redistribution of excess food to Israelis in need. The organization\noperates its food rescue and distribution activities from a 65,000 square foot\nleased logistics center north of Kfar Saba, employs a dedicated staff of 100+,\nengages 15,00-20,000 volunteers annually, and operates 20 food delivery vehicles\ndaily. Fresh produce and prepared meals are rescued from over 1,000 food\nsuppliers and provided free of charge to the organization’s 240 nonprofit\norganization (NPO) partners serving 200,000+ needy people in over 90 cities\nthroughout the country. NPOs include soup kitchens, community based\norganizations supplying food packages to the needy, centers for the elderly,\nwomen’s shelters and after-school programs for youth at risk, among others. As an\numbrella organization, Leket Israel also operates nutrition education, food safety,\nand capacity building projects designed to help partner non-profit organization's\n(NPOs) improve their professional standards
Coopera's MISSION is to carry out projects that improve the quality of life of our beneficiaries and contribute to reducing poverty and injustice in the world. We are committed to Education as the engine of progress. Access to education at any of its levels, education and professional training are the objective of our projects and are always present in them, whether they are educational or from other areas. We work in Development Cooperation Projects in African and South American countries in areas of education, training and professional training; in agricultural, environmental and food sovereignty projects. We work with communities and mainly with women. In Spain and Europe we mainly work on social awareness through Education for Development projects. For this we have our own Development Education Strategy. A third pillar of our activity is the Social Projects with which we try to promote people, especially women in long-term unemployment, from our immediate environment. We also work in health protection programs for children in Africa

To create a rich and diversified recreational atmosphere in beautiful surroundings, which subtly promote an appreciation of nature and of the environment. To conduct research that involves the preservation, breeding, and return to the wild of various species; to participate in national and international research activities and projects in these fields; and to conduct both theoretical and practical research work in the fields of zoology, biology, and environmental science. To encourage community participation, and conduct the types of educational and cultural activities that are geared towards Jerusalem's unique and diverse population, and are accessible to all communities. To develop distinct programs and create opportunities for groups with special needs, so that they can be involved in animal care, grounds-keeping, and other useful activities throughout the zoo grounds. To make the zoo a unique and attractive tourist site, whose uniqueness derives partly from its collection of Biblical animals.
