Imagine a world in which people with disabilities do not feel like an obstacle, they work, have their passions, decide about themselves and are happy. Doctor Piotr Janaszek Pay It Forward Foundation helps to build such a world. From 2004 we have provided rehabilitation and other forms of assistance to people with disabilities. Every year we offer aid to over 200 people who want to learn independence despite disability. They want their dreams to come true and have a happy life. In special training apartments, people after accidents learn how to live in wheelchairs. During sport activities, they improve fitness and motivation. They prepare for work during trainings because they do not want to live on public assistance. They develop artistic talents and even started their own theater. Assistants help children to do homework, and with adults they do shopping, cook together, learn to move around the city. Disabled children from all over Poland come to our Little Explorers Camp to learn independence. We are happy to share our knowledge with other organizations. Specialists from all over Poland come to the Foundation to learn modern methods of therapy through art. We give parents of disabled children training in coping with the hardships of everyday life and help them to organize better, so they have also time for themselves. We meet with children and young people in schools to inform them about disabilities and teach them how to avoid accidents. Teachers from all over Poland use our lesson plans. We prepare volunteers to work with the disabled. We train officials and professional drivers, including those in public transport in Konin. Thanks to our audits more and more buildings are accessible to people with disabilities.

Our mission is to develop and strengthen social capital in Zywiec region which could happen on the basis of local identity, as the social capital determines all positive changes. We realize that it could happen through improvement and implementation of grants for organizations, informal groups and individuals from the region.

The objects of the Foundation are supporting and providing the palliative care of children, youth and young adults having life limiting conditions and of their families. We provide palliative care of children and youth who have life limiting conditions through an active and comprehensive approach including physical, emotional, social and spiritual elements. Our care is focused on increasing the children's life quality and on supporting their families. It provides treatment of distressing symptoms, the relief, the rest for family and the care during dying and mourning period.

Our objective is to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the charity sector by maximising donor contributions to eligible charities, through a Donor Advised Fund. By operating with minimal administrative overheads, we can make it easier and more efficient for a broad demographic of donors to give, and worthy organisations to receive donations.

We have been working to protect, strengthen and represent the 2 million LGBT+ community in Poland since 2009. Our main goal is to ensure the right to marry for all, regardless of theirsexual orientation and gender identity. We believe that full equality means marriage equality for all. We believe that all families have the right to be happy, safe and respected. We believe that Love Does Not Exclude.

Arise's vision is a world without slavery in which the dignity of every person is respected! To this end, Arise is working to prevent slavery and human trafficking in some of the worst affected areas in the world. We believe that local groups and their networks are a hugely powerful, but marginalised and underdeveloped, resource in the fight against slavery. We provide support to frontline organisations and their networks, through strategic grant giving, direct partnership, training and capacity building. We work with them, leading thought leaders and universities to conduct research into the effectiveness of their models. We amplify their voices within the human rights and policy communities and advocate for change.

DUH is an independent and non-profit environmental and consumer protection organization. We decisively drive social transformation for people, nature, the environment and the climate in Germany and the EU. We are ambitious and solution-oriented. We fight for what is best possible and help define red lines behind which we cannot fall in the interest of the environment and people. We do not demand the impossible, but are never satisfied with sham solutions or unsustainable compromises. We build networks. We seek dialogue and broad cooperation with actors from civil society, science, business and politics who, like us, are seriously interested in real solutions and are willing to move forward - first and foremost with our partners in the environmental movement. We are ready for unconventional alliances - but always on the premise that this will enable the transformation to succeed faster and better. We are persistent. We stay on issues until we have pushed through a real solution. We don't let powerful opponents intimidate us or distract us from our goal. We rely on information and education, on cooperation with actors willing to compromise, and on participation in political processes. Where necessary, we do not hesitate to confront others in order to enforce existing laws and to achieve social, legal or political changes through public or legal pressure. Our work is always transparent and fact-based. We develop the greatest possible expertise in the topics we work on and contribute to the factual basis through our own surveys and data analyses. We always translate the data into social, political or legal concrete and clear demands for ambitious, feasible solutions. We act with commitment, quickly and constantly evolve. This applies to us as an organization as well as to our substantive work. We develop new topics on the urgent problems of our time and on the basis of our existing strengths.
