The mission of Alliance for Children is to protect Tarrant County children from child abuse through teamed investigations, healing services, and community education.

Believing that all children are created in God’s image, For His Children exists as a Christ-centered ministry to homeless children in Ecuador, South America, providing care in a loving and supportive environment, striving to unite them with their biological or adoptive family, and advocating on their behalf to others.

CHILDREN AT RISK serves as a catalyst for change to improve the quality of life for children through strategic research, public policy analysis, education, collaboration and advocacy.

Their mission is to create a professional collaborative atmosphere of community awareness and nurturing support for children to thrive and grow in a mentally, emotionally healthy environment. Children 4 Tomorrow’s heartfelt purpose is for all children to grow up and thrive as mentally and emotionally healthy adults. C4T also develops a community awareness of mental and emotional abuse. Their organization centers on helping underprivileged children who have endured mental and emotional abuse receive sound professional counseling and adequate advocacy on their behalf. Children 4 Tomorrow strives to achieve these fundamental purposes through providing financial support to families with children in need of professional counseling, and legal services.

Children of Watamu has, since 2000, been transforming children's lives. The Happy House, opened in 2010, is home and family to up to 100 children-orphaned, abandoned, abused or neglected.We have added a high-achieving kindergarten and primary school and junior secondary school.

At Maranatha Care Children our belief is that South African orphans, streetchildren and other children and young people at risk, should not be denied theopportunities that every child deserves.We aim to help South African children by offering development in education and life skills, providing a suitable home environment and safeguarding the future of thosechildren and young people in residential care. All children are entitled togrow up in a safe, healthy and nurturing environment. But at Maranatha CareChildren we also want to empower children and young people to fulfill theirfull potential.

Kenya Children Centres cares for 2,000 abandoned and vulnerable children and babies at its residential homes, feeding centres, educational projects and family support programmes.

Children in Crisis is a local, non-profit charity committed to “Providing Homes…Keeping Brothers and Sister Together.” Children in Crisis, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of caring people, working together to provide homes and keep brothers and sisters together. We give a home to the abused, neglected, and abandoned children of our community. Before Children in Crisis, there was no Emergency Shelter in Circuit One (which includes Okaloosa, Walton, Escambia, and Santa Rosa Counties in Northwest Florida) for young children removed from an unsafe environment on short notice. Without CIC and the stability it brings, many foster children would be moved from home to home, some as many as ten times per year. We have given a safe, loving home to 1109 children!

Children United! works with Nuns in southern India to run schools, orphanages, children's hostels, creches and women's refuges. We give talks and link UK schools to our projects. There are no overheads either in the UK or India. Thus we promise that EVERY penny given, goes to the children.

Time 4 Children is a small Mid Sussex charity with a passion and commitment to increasing the emotional well-being of our young children between the ages of 4 and 12. Once a week, a one hour session of Emotional Listening Support is given to children where they can explore their worries, fears, anxieties and experiences with a trained volunteer practitioner. Most children have between 15 and 20 sessions.The service we provide is FREE. We believe that improving the emotional well-being of our young children can help prevent the need for mental health intervention later on. Giving early emotional support to children under the age of 12, makes a real difference to their lives, families and education.Every year we help around 40 children, giving them the long term one-to-one support they desperately need to increase emotional resilience, self-confidence and self-esteem. With our support children feel better about who they are and what they can achieve as they develop a sense of self. Children can be released from being caught in a bubble of anxiety and worry.

Arizonans for Children, Inc. exists to facilitate opportunities and provide effective solutions to improve and stabilize the fragile lives of abused, neglected and abandoned children in child protective custody in Arizona.
